This is a hidden gem! While many second-choice places are closed on the last day of the long weekend, this place is open! It's a great place to relax and chat, and they even have activities like table tennis to keep you entertained. They also offer light snacks to satisfy your hunger. I've been here multiple times and it's always a lifesaver! ^-^

I had a hard time finding the entrance at first. It's on the second floor of a building called Nylon, accessed by an elevator. When you ring the intercom, someone will come to greet you. Take off your shoes right away and put them in the shoebox. Put on slippers and enter the restaurant. Wow! It's spacious! And a mysterious atmosphere. There's a bar counter in the front with a noticeable Carlsberg tower. In the center of the floor, there's a ping pong table and a soccer game. Surrounding them are sofa seats, and even nostalgic low tables. The mix of nostalgic elements and modern design in the decor is a bit random, but it creates a calming vibe. The crowd is mostly young people, but there are also a few older folks like me. I enjoyed a glass of Laphroaig on the rocks with some nuts. They also serve salad, pizza, pasta, keema curry, tonkatsu sandwich, and fried chicken. I played a bit of ping pong with the staff. It's more of a fun activity than exercise for me, as I'm getting older and the alcohol hits me quickly. They also have toy games like Blackbeard's peril and Jenga. It's nice to sometimes join in with the younger crowd and have some fun.

The inside of the restaurant was very cozy and welcoming. It seemed a bit old, but the space was spacious, making it suitable for groups to have a lively time or for small groups to have a quiet conversation. There was a guitar next to the sofa seats, and you could freely play it, adding to the fun atmosphere of the place. The drink menu consisted mostly of standard options, but for some reason, I felt like drinking shochu in this kind of atmosphere (laughs). It was nice that they stayed open until late at night. I left my phone at the restaurant when I left around 1 am, and when I called them, they said it was okay to come pick it up by 3 am. I was able to retrieve my phone without any issues. Thank you very much!

Came to watch the World Cup. It was helpful to have a large screen TV showing the game. The restaurant is surprisingly spacious. There is a ping pong table in the center, and if the ball goes in the wrong direction, it might end up in other customers' plates. The atmosphere is very homey, so it was quite enjoyable.

The board was made of cardboard, the elevator had a different material, and an intercom was needed at the entrance... It had a membership bar-like atmosphere. You could enjoy table tennis, card games, and other activities in a cozy setting. They also offered a drink-all-you-can course!

On a regular day at 10 o'clock! First visit! Part of a building! Looks shady! If you don't know about it, it might be hard to enter haha. Inside has a stylish feel! Nice sofas! There's one ping pong table. They also have a good selection of alcohol like wine and whiskey! It was darker than the ping pong bar in Honmachi. It might be good for a date! I ordered the Keema curry and it was delicious! But it's a bit pricey! I might go there occasionally. Personally, I felt more relaxed at the one in Honmachi. It's close by so I think I'll go again.

I went to Nakano Table Tennis Lounge in Minami Horie for a Happy Birthday party for Chan-Gi. The guest of honor was Keirin. I can't remember the name of the red one, as usual. I rarely show my face in photos, but I made an exception this time. I was unusually considerate. However, in the first half of the birthday party, I realized that there was no SD card in the camera, and my internal memory was full. So I missed capturing the exciting moments like lighting candles on the cake. I noticed halfway through and switched to a spare card, but it was a huge shock. Nevertheless, this place is interesting. There are sofas, tables, cushions on the floor, and it's extremely cozy! You can play table tennis, do various activities, and there are toys available, making it really nice. If you get tired, you can even take a nap! At the birthday party, I had various encounters and it was really fun, but there was a lot of English conversation that I didn't fully understand. However, in a drinking setting, as long as the atmosphere is good, it's okay. That's the most enjoyable part.

Nakame Takkyu Lounge is a table tennis bar with its main store in Nakameguro, and the two stores in Osaka are franchises. I usually go to the main store in Nakameguro, but I stopped by the Minamihorie store during a trip to Osaka. The store is located in a room in a building, similar to the main store, in a place that only those who have been there before would recognize. When you ring the intercom and enter, you'll find a table tennis table under dim lighting, surrounded by seats. It wasn't too crowded on the Sunday before a holiday, so I was able to enjoy playing table tennis. The prices for food and drinks are more reasonable compared to the main store, and I didn't feel like they were too expensive. However, if you order about four drinks and some snacks, you can easily spend over 4000-5000 yen. Despite that, considering the stylish atmosphere and the fun of playing table tennis, I would still want to visit again even at that price. If I have the chance to visit Osaka again, this is one of the places I would like to stop by.

After having a meal with friends at this restaurant, we were surprised to see a ping pong table right in the middle of the place. I heard that this kind of restaurant was popular in Tokyo for a while. It makes sense that it would open in Horie, a trendy spot for young people in Kansai. We happened to come across some kind of tournament happening, so we joined in. We ordered some simple dishes, which were good and not too processed. The alcohol selection was wide and reasonably priced, making it a good spot even for those who aren't good at ping pong.

There is a place where you can sit on sofas lined up against the wall, with a ping pong table in the middle. It's a fun place where you can drink, eat, play ping pong, and Jenga. It's great for going with friends or for a group date. We had a course meal, and while the food was okay, the cozy atmosphere made up for it. I heard they also make takoyaki, so I want to try that next time. The location might be hard to find, but look for the raccoon dog statue as a landmark. The elevator to the second floor is a bit scary, but let's enjoy that too.

Today is my second visit here (*´꒳`*) The first time, my boss brought me here (*´꒳`*) The pizza I had that time was incredibly delicious, so this time I brought my friends! The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great, making it very cozy! The best part is that the owner is really good at table tennis.. haha. The fact that they are open late is also a great point! I will definitely make this place my regular hangout spot~ (*´꒳`*)!
