On my way home, I passed by Route 310 and saw a new fried chicken specialty store - Fukumaru! It was my first time hearing about this place. Since I had rice at home, I decided to get the Soy Sauce and Umami Salt combo pack for ¥1150. I had it on rice and it was delicious! The pieces were big and crispy. The seasoning was strong, which paired well with the rice. The Umami Salt brought out the flavor of the chicken, which I really liked. The Soy Sauce had a strong garlic flavor, giving it a bold taste. It was a great meal!
