The weather was scorching hot, so we were looking forward to enjoying some cold beers. Luckily, Sol Minami opens at 2 PM every day, which was convenient for our early meet-up. I was the first to arrive, as my husband couldn't make it due to feeling unwell. It ended up being a girls' night out with three of us. Another member joined us shortly after, and we toasted with some draft beer. Still not feeling cooled down enough, I decided to try a Highball with ice, but even that didn't seem to bring my temperature down after getting too hot earlier. Maybe the alcohol was keeping me warm. We had a reservation at a restaurant with delicious food at 5 PM, so we had to resist ordering too many snacks. By the way, Sol Minami offers a wide variety of dishes, and you can even order using your smartphone, which is convenient. I met up with one member who had arrived early, and we toasted with a draft beer in the bright and open interior. The place seems to be appealing to women as well. We started with the classic beer snack, "Skin-on Fried Potatoes." When another member joined us, we ordered the "Soft-cooked Chicken Wings with Flavored Egg." The well-seasoned dish went well with our drinks. Although they serve canned beer, I remember they also had a variety of craft beers. The food menu was more extensive than I had imagined, and they had a significant number of unique homemade cocktails. The staff was very friendly, so I would definitely like to visit again. They offer original cocktails using homemade liqueurs, such as the "Hachimitsu Koucha Highball" made with whiskey soaked in honey tea, and the "French Milk Tea" cocktail made with brandy soaked in Ceylon tea. I tried the French Milk Tea cocktail and found it to be a rich and delicious adult version of milk tea. The food options are also available, including appetizer platters and pasta made by a former Italian chef. The pasta was chewy and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The bar is open from 14:00, making it a great spot for daytime drinking or for those times when you missed lunch. Conveniently located near Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station.

A new restaurant has opened on Jokita Street in front of Takatsuki City Station. Despite being called a bar, it actually serves delicious Italian food as well. The pasta is top-notch, there is a wide variety of appetizers, and the quality is excellent. And the best part is the surprisingly high cost performance at the time of payment! I will definitely come back again. The pate served with bruschetta is excellent! The gratin with rich bechamel sauce is delicious. The sandwich at the end is gently finished and makes for a great ending to the meal. The staff at the restaurant have extensive knowledge of alcohol (especially whiskey), so the drinks were also very good. I look forward to visiting again!
