It seems like it's okay to charge the bill separately at this restaurant.

There are signs at the entrance saying "No loud or sleeping customers allowed," making it a safe and authentic bar to visit alone. When I went, it was full and there were also foreign customers who came based on word of mouth. It was a lovely and elegant place with beautiful manners.

I love bars and often wander around looking at signs by myself. One day, while walking in Soemon-cho, I came across a bar sign that said there was a 500 yen cover charge, drinks starting at 500 yen, and food starting at 500 yen. I was curious about what kind of place it was, so I decided to go in. It turned out to be a very cool authentic bar. Authentic bars are quite rare around here, so I was happy to finally find one. I ordered the recommended mojito cocktail as my first drink. ...It was delicious! It was the best mojito cocktail I've ever had, and I've had many at bars before. They only serve four a day. For my second drink, I ordered the recommended whiskey. The master, Mr. Morigaki, had recently been to Scotland and brought back a whiskey that you can only find at this bar in Japan. It was delicious. I only had two drinks this time, but I definitely want to go back. I went alone this time, but I think it would be great to go with a girlfriend or friends. The master is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The price was 3040 yen, but for this quality, I think it's totally worth it.

Recently, I was looking for a new favorite bar to frequent. I was introduced to Bar Sip at the first place I visited. The location was easy to find at the entrance of Soemoncho. Although I hesitated a bit at the entrance, once I entered, I found a stylish bar run by a young master. I ordered the recommended cocktail, which was a peach fresh cocktail made by crushing a whole peach. It was delicious and easy to drink. For the second drink, I ordered the recommended whiskey. They had a selection of very unique whiskeys, but I went with a beginner-friendly option. I ended up loving it so much that I ordered the same drink until my third round (I wanted to try more, but couldn't resist). The glasses were all carefully selected crystal glasses chosen by the master. The master, Mr. Morigaki, was very friendly and easy to talk to, making it a relaxing and enjoyable day. I definitely want to come back to this place. They are open until 8 in the morning, so it's perfect for a second or third stop.

Despite the hustle and bustle of the Shinsaibashi area, I was surprised to find such a deep and authentic bar just one floor below. I casually searched for an "authentic bar" and stumbled upon this place. It felt like a completely different world from the lively streets above, with a large counter and a heavy door that required a bit of courage to enter. Inside, the walls were lined with a collection of Society bottles and the master personally sources whiskies from distilleries. I used to think cask strength was top-tier, but here they even have hand-fill bottles! I enjoy the master's recommendations based on my preferences, creating a special connection with the whiskies I encounter. The deep journey into the world of whiskies and the atmosphere with fellow enthusiasts is truly delightful. I always end my fun nights in Osaka here, as they stay open until 5 am, but I advise taking care of your health!

This is a shop located in the basement of a building in Soemoncho. The interior has a sophisticated wooden counter and a calm atmosphere, giving off a mature vibe typical of a bar. Feeling a bit nervous, I heard that the fruit cocktails here are delicious so I decided to order one. The vivid green cocktail made with kiwi and grapefruit arrived in a separate glass along with some Seagram's Gin, meant to first savor the fruit cocktail on its own and then mix in the Seagram's Gin. As someone who usually only drinks cocktails from chain izakayas, this experience was quite impressive. I'm not really good with alcohol, so I tend to stay away from bars, but this place felt welcoming even for solo customers. I might come back for a solo drink next time, as it seems kind of cool.
