You can enjoy a variety of creative and innovative sushi dishes here. The fatty tuna is served in foamy soy sauce, allowing the rich flavor of the tuna to blend perfectly with the soy sauce. The Hokkaido sea urchin is fried in seawater and then served as is, with its sweetness spreading in your mouth. The blowfish is recommended to be eaten with ponzu sauce, but the chef suggests trying it with dehydrated blowfish milt for a unique taste. Despite being a sushi restaurant, they surprised us with Saga beef sukiyaki. We also ordered a variety of rare seafood dishes that are not always available, such as the snow crab which had a luxurious texture and elegant sweetness. I visited a sushi restaurant in Osaka based on recommendations and had a great experience. The atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious overall. The standout dish for me was the uni appetizer...it came in a generous portion and was very tasty, perfect with some drinks.

Competition is fierce among sushi restaurants in Fukushima. This restaurant is located a short walk from Fukushima Station. I heard about it from someone who loves sushi and decided to visit. The interior of the restaurant is long and beautifully designed, with a counter that is always a good choice for sushi places! I learned that the owner's family also ran a sushi restaurant, and it seems like they are carrying on that tradition. The food presentation starts with a large decorative plate filled with assorted sushi. Then, smaller dishes with sea urchin soaked in seawater and a foam-like soy sauce are served. While the focus on aesthetics and presentation is clear, I felt that the actual taste of the dishes was quite ordinary, lacking any special flavors. The sushi rice is on the softer side, reminiscent of Osaka-style sushi. In addition to the usual sushi toppings, there was also a large peony decoration. Considering the price range, I expected a bit more effort in the quality of the tuna. Overall, the restaurant gives off a nostalgic vibe of old Osaka sushi places. The young owner seems eager to try new things, and I hope they continue to innovate. Since Fukushima is a bit far for me, I don't visit often, but I would like to return in the future.

Although the prices are on the higher side for Fukushima, this sushi restaurant is my favorite and I have been back many times. The chef's dedication to the ingredients is wonderful.

It was a creative sushi restaurant. Each dish was unique and elaborately presented. The fish may not be outstanding, but the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely go back.
