I found a place in the drinking district of Shinsaibashi where I wanted to eat omurice, it was called Diablo. We chose the "Wagyu Neil=Young" dish, which is a registered trademark. The Japanese-style sauce made with broth and the tender beef went really well together and was delicious. I regretted not ordering the larger size. It might be a bit presumptuous, but I thought it would be a waste not to attract more female customers by moving the half-outdoor stall to a regular indoor space. The opening hours are from 11am to 11pm, and there are no regular holidays. It is located about a 7-minute walk from both Namba and Nipponbashi stations, between the two.

This is a stall-like shop in a shopping street. I ordered the Omurice topped with black wagyu beef called "Wagyu Neil Young". The egg was creamy and the sweet and savory Japanese-style sauce with soy sauce matched well with the Omurice and was delicious. Since the eating area is outside, be prepared for the heat during this season! There were also many foreign customers taking photos.

Due to its location, it's nice that foreign tourists can easily eat at the counter. You can see the cooking process from the counter seats. There are also table seats available. The soft-boiled egg and flavorful sauce on top of the pork belly and wagyu beef were very delicious. However, the overall flavor is strong, so it might be a bit too intense for elderly people.

A recent addition to the area, the omurice topped with tender simmered pork has been attracting attention from foreign tourists. In addition to the simmered pork, they also offer a variety of hearty omurice dishes such as fried chicken. Located on a bustling street, enjoying the creamy simmered pork omurice is a must.

Visited at the opening time of 11:00 for lunch. As soon as I sat down, I noticed that there were also customers from overseas. It seems that there are many foreign visitors in this area, but I heard that many people also use this place as their second or third stop after the last train at night. I ordered the "Wagyu Neil Young" dish. It was carefully prepared right in front of me. The combination of the highest quality black wagyu beef and the Japanese-style sauce made with kelp dashi was perfect. The wagyu beef on top was also seasoned well. The portion was satisfying, and the nori added a nice flavor. The rice inside had a sweet taste of onions, making it delicious. The omurice was quite hearty and tasty, even more than it looked. Don't forget to hydrate after finishing your meal, as the flavors are rich. The friendly service from the staff filled not only my stomach but also my heart. I found out that there is also a branch near Kandai, which seems to have a more "junky" atmosphere. Thank you for the delicious meal!

From the photos and description, I thought it was omurice when I visited, but it turned out to be a Japanese-style omurice. I ordered the one with fried chicken on top, and it seems like they offer a free upgrade to a larger portion. The service was quick, and when I tasted it, it felt more like Tenshinhan (a Chinese-style rice dish). The flavor was a bit strong, but still delicious. It was a bit too much for my taste buds if I was expecting omurice. The staff were friendly and talkative, especially with tourists, including many from overseas. The prices were not cheap, but considering the location, it seemed reasonable. The restaurant is mostly outdoors, giving it a street food vibe.
