The meat and drinks exceeded my expectations!! I have been to various restaurants, and this was my first time visiting here. It was cheap and delicious, which was great. Today, we started at an izakaya in Ikebukuro with a 2-hour time limit, so we reserved An An for our second round. They were flexible with changing the reservation time, for which I am grateful. The yakiniku at the second place was even better than expected, with tender meat that we enjoyed on multiple plates. The staff was quick and the atmosphere was very comfortable. An An can vary depending on the location, but both places in Ikebukuro East Exit were great. There are many hit-or-miss bars in Ikebukuro, but with An An, you can usually count on a good experience wherever you go. Thank you for the delicious meal! I will definitely visit again.

I came here based on a friend's recommendation and ordered the DX course. The quality of the meat and seafood was higher than I expected, and I enjoyed it very much. The beef tongue was particularly impressive, and the shrimp was fresh and sweet, leaving me very satisfied. The hormone was also delicious. The staff were quick to change the grill and provided just the right amount of service. I definitely want to come back again.

Located less than 5 minutes from Ikebukuro East Exit, this place is on the 2nd floor of Bic Camera liquor store. I had some extra GOTO points, so I made a reservation and visited. I was seated in a box right by the entrance, which made me a bit uneasy. There was only one other group of 2 customers when I arrived, but soon many more customers came in, all except one group were women in their 20s. The staff, a Japanese male, seemed amused and mentioned that it was unusual to have so many girls today. The food was ordered through a touch panel, and I opted for the all-you-can-eat meat (5 types) and side menu for 1990 yen including tax, along with the all-you-can-drink option for 1300 yen including tax. The first beer I ordered, Super Dry, had too much foam, but the taste was fine. The meat platter arrived promptly, and I added side dishes to my order. The portions were generous, with 5 okras, 1 whole enoki mushroom, and more. The meat selection included pork tongue, chicken, young kalbi, pork kalbi, and sausage. I enjoyed the meal slowly, and the meat was decent for the price. The sausage was particularly crispy and good. I kept ordering beer, and as I did, the foam reduced gradually. I added some small, slightly salty squid to my order, along with shoju ice. Shoju ice paired well with the food, but I stuck with beer until the end. In the end, I had a total of 8 beers, which felt a bit lacking, but I knew I would have more at dinner later. I decided to come back next time with a friend.

You can enjoy delicious meat for around 2,000 yen for two people if you order just meat without rice. I keep going back because it's so tasty. The combination of meat and cabbage is satisfying. You can have a filling yakiniku lunch at a reasonable price.

(^_^)/ The most surprising thing was... the robot bringing the meat... haha It talks normally, stops when it's about to bump into something... haha It even apologized. I felt like having some meat, so I decided to come to this place. I went up the stairs to the second floor of the restaurant. I ordered "harami" (skirt steak), "gyujo horumon" (beef intestine), and a medium rice using the touch panel. The food arrived shortly after. It was the typical quantity and quality you would expect from a budget-friendly restaurant like this. I grilled the meat on the charcoal grill by myself and enjoyed it with the rice. In these kinds of places, choosing cuts like kalbi can sometimes lead to disappointing results, but harami and horumon are usually a safe bet. I finished by pouring the remaining sauce over the rice and ate it all. This place is great for enjoying meat alone without any worries and at a reasonable price.

When I went to eat in January, there was a sign saying that the restaurant would be closed for a while due to the state of emergency. I understand the frustration of struggling big restaurants trying to operate at a loss to pay the consumption tax to the government, especially when they are ordered to close. However, on the day of the Great East Japan Earthquake, I saw the lights on in the restaurant and decided to go in. Inside, there were only young customers, including high school girls in uniforms who came with their friends. Despite being told not to go out unnecessarily, the environment in the restaurant was safe with individual booth seating and strong smoke exhaust ducts in operation. For someone like a high school girl, going to school or cram school might actually be more risky. I ordered a soft drink from the drink bar for about 380 yen, and even though the "beef" provided was without marbled meat, it was still surprisingly cheap. The restaurant used to use Coke in the past, but now they use charcoal from Laos, which gives a real charcoal-grilled taste. The name of the restaurant comes from this, emphasizing that you can enjoy it cheaply, safely, and securely even during the corona pandemic. The photo may look like cheap frozen beef tongue, but when grilled, it tastes delicious like regular beef tongue.

More than 10 years ago, I visited a place in Kawasaki that I don't remember at all because it was so long ago. I decided to go back to see what it was like, and the result was amazing! I ordered the 3500 yen all-you-can-eat DX option. I didn't have high expectations for a chain restaurant buffet in terms of portion size, quality, or speed of service, but it was fantastic. The quality of the meat was top-notch! The dessert ice cream was also delicious. I will definitely be going back next week, and I want to go every week! Thank you for the delicious meal.

I went to a late-night yakiniku place in Ikebukuro by myself. The Super Dry draft beer was 313 yen, the cheap karubi was 313 yen, the young harami was 313 yen, the upper hormone (beef skirt) was 421 yen, the pork belly was 313 yen, the baked cheese curry was 205 yen, and the consumption tax was 139 yen. The total came out to 1878 yen. All orders were done through a touch panel. The beer tasted a bit off, perhaps the beer server wasn't cleaned properly. The meat was decent for the price, and it was nice to be able to grill it over charcoal. I had high hopes for the baked cheese curry, but it would have been better just as plain rice.

I dropped by after work. It had been so long that I couldn't remember the last time I used this place. I wanted to enjoy some quick yakiniku and drinks by myself, so I decided to give it a try. It was so cheap! I had a light meal, so including drinks, it was just under 1000 yen. The tongue salt was still so-so, but the harami was even more delicious than I remembered...! However, at some point, it started to taste like ham. Could it be due to additives? Also, as soon as I walked in, I noticed that the inside of the restaurant was completely white and filled with smoke. I felt like the ventilation needed improvement. It was too smoky and I couldn't relax, so I left right after eating. The cost performance and speed of service were still at a great level as usual. I might come back again if I feel like it. Very slow service! The staff's attitude is also bad! We only ordered one beer and one ginger ale, but it took about half an hour to arrive.

Yakiniku is always a winner. You can have unlimited rice and cabbage! Ordering through the touch panel may be convenient during the pandemic. Since it was a weekday lunch, there were plenty of empty seats, so they kept a good distance for social distancing. There was a sign saying that water was self-service, so I went for refills. The appetizer, moyashi, that came with the lunch was also delicious.

The meat was cheap and didn't leave a strong impression, but it was tasty and affordable.

I went to An An located in the east exit of Ikebukuro. There is also a store in the west exit, which I have been to before, but this was my first time at the east exit. An An is known for its affordable menu, so even if you go for all-you-can-eat, you can eat for less than 3,000 yen. What surprised me was that you can order Kalbi for just 290 yen per piece. The reasonable prices make it easy to order and you can eat without worrying about the cost. Just ordering rice and eating Kalbi non-stop will really fill you up. I'm thinking of going again next time.

I went to Ikebukuro with a friend and decided to eat yakiniku. We thought of AnAn, a reasonably priced and delicious restaurant, so we went there. The prices are kept to a minimum, so you can enjoy your meal without overdoing it. They offer various types of meat such as beef, pork, and chicken, so you won't get bored and can enjoy your meal. They have all-you-can-eat courses as well, so if you want to eat a lot, I think the course is better, especially for men. The prices are low and it's a friend of the common people, so I plan to use it again in the future.
