The first thing I ordered was the "Thick-cut Salted Tongue." It was thickly sliced with grid marks, making it easy to eat. I grilled it as is at first, and once it was cooked through, I cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors. The thick cut of meat was delicious. Next, I tried the Harami Steak, which comes in a single piece or half the size of a hot plate. It seemed to be a specialty here as many people were ordering it. I grilled it first and then cut it with scissors to eat. It was tender and tasty. I ordered various other dishes and filled my stomach. There were still more meats I wanted to try, but that will have to wait for next time. Yakiniku after work is the best. I will definitely be coming back.
