I was taken there by a friend once, and I wanted to eat on the terrace the next time. I was looking forward to the beer garden atmosphere in the summer, so even though the inside of the restaurant was empty, I requested a table on the terrace. They kindly accommodated my request, but it was really hot, so the staff turned on the air conditioning and prepared the seats with care. They were all very nice people. I ordered lemon sour, ice frozen sour, plum wine soda, and various dishes such as Japanese cuisine, grilled dishes, fried foods, oden, and hot pot rice. Everything had a rich flavor and some creative touches, making it delicious. The interior of the restaurant was also stylish, and I was surprised to find such a place in front of Takatsuki Station. I highly recommend it.

At a restaurant in Takatsuki, I had dinner with my family who came to support my recital. The place was very open and bright, with a lot of young people. We made a reservation so we were seated quickly, but it was very crowded due to Golden Week. We ordered using a QR code and each chose our favorite dishes to share. The dishes were characterized by a strong dashi flavor. The dishes we ordered included half-boiled egg potato salad, dashi-marinated fried chicken, seared salmon with grated ponzu sauce, beef tendon tofu, smoked mackerel with hojicha tea, small shrimp tempura with sansho pepper salt, fried daikon with minced meat sauce (the highlight of the meal), cucumber and burdock miso, meat broth shumai, umeboshi tea pickles, and tonpeiyaki. The dishes were all satisfying, although not outstanding. The prices were reasonable, so we couldn't help but order more.

It's very close and convenient from Takatsuki Station. The food is really delicious and I want to come back again. Especially, the rice cooked in a pot was delicious. There are various types of creative dishes, so I think you can enjoy it many times. The price is not high, and we had two drinks and spent about 7,000 yen for two women.

On a certain Friday after work, my husband and I met up at this restaurant, which we hadn't visited since its pre-opening last autumn. We had tried to revisit a few times, but it was always fully booked. We started with a refreshing "draft beer" to double the deliciousness after a week of hard work. The main menu consists of creative dishes by the dashi sommelier. We had the "soft-boiled egg potato salad," "small shrimp tempura with sansho pepper salt," and more. We also enjoyed hot sake "Kureharu" and a variety of dishes that complemented the sake. Finally, we ended our meal with "sea bream and clam clay pot rice," a flavorful dish with tender sea bream and savory clam broth-soaked rice. Ordering was convenient through a smartphone app. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the feast.

I went to lunch with my colleagues at a restaurant that I had been curious about for a while. There was a line even before the restaurant opened, and a passing lady asked me what the line was for. I told her it was for a rice restaurant, and she decided to wait in line as well. The lunch had many small side dishes that seemed to be popular with women. While each dish wasn't outstandingly delicious, it was nice to be able to eat a variety of healthy foods. The restaurant seemed to be very popular and crowded, so it was difficult to have a leisurely chat after lunch. We ended up moving to Starbucks to chat instead.

The shop was clean and the dashi broth was delicious as expected. The small dishes had more quantity than I thought and I ended up eating too much. The selection of alcohol had a nice, subtle touch. However, the soy sauce grilled squid was too salty and I couldn't eat it... That was a shame.

I heard that a restaurant that focuses on dashi (broth) opened, so as a dashi enthusiast, I had to go! This was my first visit for lunch. The interior of the restaurant is simple and stylish with a Japanese touch, offering counter and table seating. I heard they have a wide variety of menu items for dinner, so I definitely want to go there someday. For lunch, they only offer an obanzai (home-style dishes) set menu for 1,280 yen. As you can see in the picture, in addition to salad, they serve five small dishes including appetizers, and the contents seem to change each time. The simmered eggplant had a nice dashi flavor and was delicious! The marinated sashimi was so good that you could eat as much rice as you wanted with it. This is a great new restaurant! The staff consisted of 2-3 male servers, and it might be better if they were a bit more friendly. Thank you for the meal!

One day after finishing work, I visited a restaurant that had its grand opening on November 1st (Tuesday). It was a creative izakaya restaurant affiliated with "URGE" that I had used for lunch when I was working in Umeda before. It is conveniently located between JR Takatsuki Station and Hankyu Takatsuki Station. The weather was surprisingly hot for the end of October, so I was eager to have a cold beer. I ordered the restaurant's recommended dish, "Beef tendon tofu," with a soft-boiled egg. The tofu had a chewy texture similar to fresh gluten. I also ordered a refreshing "Steamed chicken and mushroom with grated radish ponzu" and a fluffy "Mashomaro tsukune." The self-order system allowed me to easily order using a QR code in front of my seat. I quickly finished my first beer and ordered another one. The "Fried daikon with minced chicken sauce" was a hot dish with crispy fried daikon covered in a flavorful chicken mince sauce. I later joined some colleagues who had finished work in Osaka for a sake session. We enjoyed a variety of dishes that paired well with sake, such as "Salted spicy potato butter," "Cool tomato and mozuku vinegar," and "Fish namero." The sake selection was impressive, and we indulged in both warm and cold sake. We ended the night with a "Sake and rare delicacies assortment" featuring duck simmered in soy sauce, mashed tempura, sea squirt with wasabi, and boiled sea pineapple with salted spicy sauce. The unique and flavorful dishes, along with the wide range of sake options, made for a delightful dining experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I look forward to returning with my husband next time. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
