I had some business in Kuzuha, so I stopped by here afterwards. The seafood selection seemed great that day. I ordered a three-kind sashimi platter with sazae, buri, and nodoguro. The first sake I had was called "Chirori," which was made by Joyo Shuzo with a label designed by the brewery. It was nice that they left the bottle next to me after pouring the sake. The three sakes I had that day were all served cold, so I didn't use the Chirori (lol). This restaurant doesn't serve appetizers. You can drink without any food, or you can order some side dishes instead. The sashimi was served with soy sauce, but I asked for some salt as well. The sazae was crunchy, and the buri and nodoguro were shiny and had excellent fat content. I tried both salt and soy sauce with all three kinds, but salt definitely goes better with sake. I ended the meal by ordering crispy calamari tempura, which went perfectly with the sake. The atmosphere is cozy, and the prices are reasonable for the delicious food you get. P.S. A few days later, they started offering a "thank you set" for 1000 yen, which includes two side dishes and a drink.

There used to be a bar called "Ieto" in this location. Across the street, a towering condominium now stands. The shop has been renovated to have a calm Japanese-style exterior and interior. Running the shop is Yuki-san, who used to be the proprietress of "Sawada's Tantanmen." It turns out that "Ieto" and "Sawada's Tantanmen" have the same owner, and they decided to give up the location for Yuki-san to start her own shop. Yuki-san's healing aura shines even more in a place like this, making it very effective. The menu consists only of daily recommendations. The name of the shop, "Chirori," is the name of a tool used to warm sake, which they are considering adding to their collection. They started with sake from "Matsumoto" and bluefin tuna. The bluefin tuna had a fine texture and a high-quality red meat that truly lived up to its name. Yuki-san recommended the "super dry" sake, which was already half gone despite the shop being relatively new. For the second drink, I chose that one. I also ordered the "dashimaki," which was fluffy, soft, and had a delicate dashi and soy sauce flavor. It was easy to see why it was recommended by many on social media. They are not yet registered as a "Sawada's Tantanmen" administrator, so they cannot accept cashless payments. Since I rarely drink in Kuzuha, I decided to go to another shop after this. But I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

I had nodoguro and kanburi sashimi, which were so delicious that I couldn't help but make a sound of delight. I also tried oden, umesuishi, and tomato tempura, all of which were delicious. The mama-san in her traditional Japanese apron was a calm and lovely lady, and the customers were also very relaxed. It was a wonderful experience.
