I found out about a new restaurant and decided to go after a long day of overtime work. Unfortunately, they stopped serving fried rice at 8 pm, so I ended up ordering a hot pot instead. The hot pot was meant for two people, but when it arrived, it had a lot fewer ingredients than expected. Even considering the missing ingredients, it seemed like a very small portion for two people. The amount of soup was sufficient, but they added more soup right after it had just finished cooking, which was puzzling. The taste was nowhere near the stone pot hot pot I had in Shinsaibashi a few years ago, but it was decent. I noticed deep-fried upper stomach on the menu and decided to order it in memory of the unfortunate exit of Mr. Minoton. The payment process was a bit confusing, but after it was corrected, the amount was accurate (it seemed like the hot pot was initially prepared for three people). The service was polite, but the staff seemed like they belonged in America-mura and had just aged. The order included: oolong tea, pork and stone pot hot pot set for two, hot pot vegetables, chicken meatballs (missing), shrimp balls (missing), tofu (missing), glass noodles, dessert (choose from 3, I chose almond jelly), additional hot pot, shrimp balls, scallops, ramen, and deep-fried upper stomach.
