Good evening in August 2023! After a long time, I had dinner in Kita-Shinchi and it totally got rid of my summer fatigue! Even though I drank a lot, I came here to Boranjie. The recommended red wine was delicious. The beef fillet sandwich... as expected, it was incredibly delicious! The manager chose a red wine that suits my taste and current state perfectly. Delicious! The beef fillet sandwich paired perfectly with it. It was so good! Thank you for the meal! ❤️

The Mille Caresses special wagyu beef cutlet sandwich is a must-try at this restaurant, even if you're already full from the sushi course. The meat is tender and juicy, with a fruity and sweet sauce made from five different fruits that sets it apart from others. The warm toast sandwich with butter is a delightful touch, and the black pepper adds the perfect accent. Even though I thought I couldn't eat anymore after the first dish, I couldn't leave without trying the beef cutlet sandwich, which was truly divine. The Starlet caviar, a spoonful for 4,950 yen, was an intriguing choice. It had a smooth texture and a mild taste, making it a delightful accompaniment to white rice. It's made from the caviar of the world's smallest sturgeon, a rare and precious delicacy. I'm not sure if it was worth the 5,000 yen, but I'm glad I tried it.

The owner and staff were amazing at their customer service, and as a wine novice, I was able to relax in the welcoming atmosphere. The highly praised katsu sandwich exceeded my expectations in terms of deliciousness. I heard that there is a branch called Fukutatei, but Milcares is the main store. I will definitely visit again.

I asked Ms. Rina to recommend a bar in Kitashinchi and glanced at the reviews each time. It looks great! I want to go too! Not a casual place, but a high-level, mood-filled bar! An adult social space ❤️ From a cool bar for casual drinks to a perfect date bar, to a fun-filled adult bar, I'm excited to have someone lead the way ❤️ I was considering 4.5 candidate places, but the bar I wanted to go to had a small counter, and today there were 5 of us! As expected of Ms. Rina, she quickly contacted and secured 2 places ✨ Which one is better? Everyone said the wine bar, so Milcares was decided ✨✨✨ I fell in love with it (●❤️ω❤️●) The bar counter was so lovely, but we were guided to a private room at the back ✨^ ^ It was a nice seat and we had a great time ✨ The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent, of course, because it's the important regular customer, Ms. Rina! We finished a bottle together and even though it was a wine bar, we refrained from drinking wine for the next one! No cutlet sandwiches either! We took a photo with James Bond's bullet ✨ It was a delightful time ^ ^ I want to come back here again ✨ Sitting at the counter is always the best choice, right ❤️ It's been a while since I've used it for a date, so cheeky ♪ ( ̄▽+ ̄*) Of course!! ✨ It would be great to try it alone too ^ ^ A wonderful first stop ✨ Now let's go to the second place ❤️ I realized after returning home! In Osaka, there is a place where you can enjoy the finest wines. Today, I had a delicious glass of Vogüé GC that was almost too good to drink. The Chablis I tried had a hint of French flavor with apple nuances, making it very tasty. I also remember the last time I had an 8,000 yen glass of Rousseau Chambertin, which was also delicious.

I arrived a little early for my first visit and was warmly welcomed. I was seated and given a menu with my name printed on it, listing the course contents. As I love wine, I requested wine pairing and was impressed by the volume of the first appetizer. I enjoyed all the wines and learned a lot from the knowledgeable staff, engaging in pleasant conversations. The main dish was absolutely delicious. I definitely want to go back. Thank you so much.

No matter what, I was really craving this katsu sandwich, so I decided to indulge in the "Mille Caresses" special wagyu beef katsu sandwich for 4,950 yen. I had tried it once before and remembered it being amazing, but it had been since 2019 since I last had it. As soon as I took a bite, I was blown away. The tenderness of the meat, the perfect balance of softness and crispiness of the bread, and the sweet, melt-in-your-mouth quality of the meat, combined with the sauce's sweetness from the onions and the peppery kick of the black pepper, all made for an unforgettable experience. I had initially planned to only have one piece, but the deliciousness was too much to resist, so I ended up having two pieces. This might just be the best beef katsu sandwich ever! The penne gorgonzola for 2,640 yen was also amazing, with a rich and flavorful gorgonzola sauce that was surprisingly mild and easy to eat. The recommended appetizer platter for 3,850 yen was a luxurious assortment of five different dishes, including shark fin, simmered chicken, bonito, abalone, and sea bream carpaccio, all beautifully presented and a delight to eat. I also had fun playing a game of guessing the wines I ordered, starting from the most expensive, and even though I got the white wine right, I failed with the red wine. Overall, it was a great dining experience with delicious food and excellent service. The katsu sandwich is truly divine and a must-try! #Yui'sRecommendedEats. Be sure to check it out!

If you want to drink delicious Burgundy wine in Kitashinchi, this is the place. This is my second time here and all the wines are delicious with no disappointments. The popular katsu sandwich is rich and pairs well with red wine. The visually appealing spring dishes are all elegant and suitable for business meetings.

This time, I only had drinks while waiting for dinner, so I had green tea, appetizers, and water. Even though I can't drink alcohol, they provided me with a wonderful tea that was smooth and had a corn-like fragrant taste, which was delicious. A wine bar located on the main street of Kitashinchi. This is a well-known place in the area. It has a high rating of 3.87 on Tabelog (as of May 14, 2023). We ordered the following Champagnes by the glass and also got a cheese platter in between: - Diebolt Vallois Blanc de Blancs - Philipponnat Blanc de Noirs 2016 We started with Diebolt Vallois Blanc de Blancs, which had aromas of green apple and white flowers. It had a creamy texture with a nice acidity. On the other hand, Philipponnat Blanc de Noirs 2016 had a robust flavor. It had scents of pear or peach with a hint of light brioche. The bubbles were creamy as well. The total bill came to a little over 10,000 yen. The service and atmosphere were top-notch, and the Champagnes served by the glass were quite good. The quality was reflected in the bill as well.

I visited Osaka - Kita-Shinchi after a long time. I didn't have the katsu sandwich because I wanted to visit other shops. I was able to have a leisurely conversation with two people. At the counter closest to me, there was 007 right in front of me. We toasted with red wine and champagne! Thank you for accommodating us even though we arrived late!

Wine bar located on Honmachi Street in Kitashinchi. The interior has a counter right as you walk in, with private rooms and semi-private rooms in the back. It has a stylish and calm atmosphere, perfect for adults. They always have 3-4 types of champagne available by the glass, which is great. Of course, they also serve red and white wines by the glass. They mainly offer French wines. There are several sommeliers, but Yoshibi always picks wines that suit my taste perfectly. He is knowledgeable and fun to talk to. This wine bar is my favorite. The food menu is also extensive, with the beef cutlet sandwich being a popular specialty with the restaurant's logo on it. It is made with Japanese beef tenderloin, so it is tender and delicious. It's quite filling, but you'll want to order it even if you're full from your first stop. The food options are stylish and enticing, making you want to come back. This wine bar offers satisfying food and wine, making it a top-notch adult spot. You can easily stop by alone, so give it a try if you're interested.

Milcales, a favorite wine bar in Kitashinchi, Osaka. Located at 1-6-1 Sonezaki Shinchi, Kita-ku, Osaka, in the ENISHI Kitashinchi Building 1F. When it comes to wine bars in Kitashinchi, Milcales is extremely well-known. They offer a variety of wines and champagnes, many of which are available by the glass, unlike other places where you can only open them by the bottle. The food is top-notch and surpasses typical wine bar standards. The beef tenderloin cutlet sandwich here is so delicious that it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that people come here just for that. The meat is incredibly tender, the sauce is indescribably delicious, and overall, it's just really, really tasty. Thank you as always for the wonderful meal.

If you want to drink delicious wine in Osaka, I was recommended by a friend to go to this place, and I finally got the chance to go. It seems like there are quite a few solo customers at the counter. I found a 2017 Nuits 1er cru from Lalro on the wine list and ordered it, and was surprised to see the name Riedel on the wine glass. The Lalro served in a Riedel glass was silky, smooth, extremely elegant, with a well-balanced and concentrated flavor. They also provided a Riedel glass for comparison, and when I drank from the Riedel glass, I felt a delicate sensation on my lips and the aroma seemed more vibrant. It paired well with the famous Turin delicacy Gianduiotto, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious time at a leisurely pace.

After getting a full stomach from a belly punch, the two of us wandered west along Shinsaibashi-suji. The bar my friend was looking for was closed. But my resourceful friend opened the door of this shop. For me, it had been 8 years since I last visited. Ah, the nostalgic interior of the shop. The owner-sommelier welcomed us as always in the luxurious atmosphere of the counter seats. Next to us was a young executive escorting a beautiful woman. Next to me was just an old man, oh well. Two middle-aged men are not lonely at all. Suddenly, a champagne bottle was uncorked in front of us. My friend immediately ordered a Bollinger Special Cuvée, a representative champagne from a prestigious maison that my friend loves. The fine bubbles and crisp citrus scent are irresistible. Delicious! The charm is an elegant grilled eel with tartar sauce, topped with corn flowers that have a slightly sweet taste when chewed. How elegant and perfect for two refined old men. Next, we left it to the owner to choose a wine. It was a domestic wine made from grapes harvested by the owner in the rain, quite a distinctive taste. Let's regain our composure and finish with just one glass of red wine before heading home. Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Les Damodes 2012 was a wine that perfectly matched my taste. This could be described as elegant. The smooth texture, with a finish of berry fruit spreading. Delicious! It was a wine that made me feel very rich. Filling our stomachs with delicious food and finishing with wine. It was such a happy night. The most important thing is to have good friends you can be yourself with. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The service from the senior sommelier was truly professional and pleasantly moderate. The famous katsu sandwich pairs perfectly with red wine. All the wines are delicious, and apart from their own Koshu wine, leaving the selection to them is a safe bet. It can get a bit pricey, over 30,000 yen for two people, but it's a great option for when you want to go to a slightly nicer restaurant.

After receiving a message from Kibisan that they will be open from October 25th after the state of emergency, I visited them right away. I have been coming to Milcares since it opened, and there are many regular customers who have been coming for a long time. Some people may have started coming after seeing Momoko bringing Hamachan to eat the cutlet sandwich on the Gobugobu show. I always tell Kibisan my mood of the day and have them select a wine for me. In addition to the counter seats, there are two private rooms. I haven't tried anything other than the cutlet sandwich this week, so I can't comment on the food, but the cutlet sandwich is excellent. Please enjoy it with a glass of wine. During the past six months of closure, Kibisan has been serving world teas (non-alcoholic) at the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant "Shono" as a sommelier. Finally, he has returned as a wine sommelier.

You can order a la carte and they will suggest a wine that pairs well with your dish. Even though there was no soup on the menu, they made a clam chowder-like soup for me when I requested it. The staff were very friendly and made me want to visit the restaurant again.
