I had visited the shop several times before the pandemic, but this time it was a long-awaited return. The trigger was a post on the owner's social media, introducing a spring limited coffee bean called Sakura Bonbon. Intrigued by the name, I was looking forward to trying it even though I didn't know what it tasted like and buying beans without knowing can be daunting. However, at this shop, although small, you can drink a cup inside, so I decided to start by trying a cup of Sakura Bonbon. It had a rich aroma, was easy to drink, and was incredibly delicious! I immediately liked it and had 200g ground for pour-over. The packaging is simple, but the label is cute and became a favorite just by looking at it. Unfortunately, there were only a few left when I visited. I love coffee but have no knowledge of beans. However, you can ask the owner for recommendations or look at the bean information flyer in the shop to find beans that suit you. There is a value stamp card, where the date of purchase and the type of bean are written, so you can keep a record of what you've tried and maybe find your preferred taste. I visited right after opening, and there were constantly customers coming in. The owner is easy to talk to, and I felt like she is good at finding the right coffee for each person.
