Recently, convenience stores have everything you could imagine, it's truly amazing and a pride of Japan. You may be familiar with Fuji Pan's "Honshikomi" bread! It's sliced into 4 pieces, so one slice is quite satisfying! It uses butter from Hokkaido, sugar from Hokkaido, and salt from Setouchi. It's super fluffy!

"On September 30th, I purchased cup noodles at Lawson. It was from the Nisshin Noodle Artisan series. They seem to be particular about their noodles, as even though it's a cup noodle, you can really taste the whole wheat flavor in the non-fried noodles with whole grain flour. The description of the product is quite impressive for a cup noodle. I tried the Black Vinegar Sanratanmen flavor. The packaging itself gives a good impression, and as expected, it is low in calories with only 282kcal. The noodles are firm and have an elegant taste. The soup is quite delicious, with a good balance of black vinegar acidity and spiciness that leaves a refreshing feeling. Overall, I found it to be one of the best cup noodles I've had."

The best coffee among LAWSON's Machi Cafe convenience store coffees. The iced coffee has a strong bitterness and richness, allowing you to enjoy it slowly. FamilyMart's coffee is refreshing with a slight acidity, while 7-Eleven's is somewhere in between. As a coffee lover, I definitely prefer LAWSON's Machi Cafe. With this intensity, I think their latte would also taste delicious! It's also nice that the staff brew it for you! FamilyMart requires you to buy the cup and brew it yourself, which is a bit of a hassle. All in all, when it comes to convenience store coffee, LAWSON is recommended!

Acecook's cup noodles, do you know about the "Jimoto Men" series that is being released? I had no idea at all, so I decided to purchase it because the second installment seemed interesting after hearing that there was a first one. The product name is long: "Discovering Deliciousness! Jimoto Men - Nagoya Style Indian Spaghetti Mazesoba." I never imagined that spaghetti with curry flavor would be considered soul food in Nagoya. I wonder if people from Nagoya see it that way? The description mentioned crunchy cabbage, but it was as difficult to find as Waldo in the picture. However, the sauce and noodles were quite tasty, so it was good overall. Basically, if the main dish is good, everything else is good too!

I wander around Namba and the backstreets, visiting three places, and then head to the hotel's first-floor convenience store to pick up some finishing alcohol and high-cacao polyphenol chocolate as a substitute for blood pressure medication. I grab my recent favorite Asahi Wilkinson Hard Dry 500ml for 206 yen and head to the chocolate corner. I find a round 72% cacao chocolate for 168 yen, which I haven't tried before, and decide to add it to my basket. I enjoy the not-too-sweet taste of the Hard Dry for room drinking. The chocolate with 1016mg of polyphenols per bag is also good as a snack, and probably good for health too.
