On May 9, 2023, Tuesday, at 5:57 PM, I entered the restaurant. I visited last night as well, but the taste of the food was so delicious that I ended up coming back today. First, I had some flounder sashimi with ginger soy sauce, which was incredibly tasty. The fatty flounder paired perfectly with the ginger soy sauce. I also tried the deep-fried eggplant with special broth, which was mouthwatering. I indulged in some green onion rolled omelette as well. The highlight was the pork belly stir-fry, which was beyond my imagination in terms of flavor, and I ended up asking for seconds. The meat was of excellent quality, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was exceptionally delicious. I also had their famous yakisoba, which surpassed any other yakisoba I've had elsewhere in terms of taste. Lastly, I met a regular customer named Takachan, who recommended the pork belly stir-fry to me as well. The quality of the meat combined with the skill of the professional chef resulted in a masterpiece of pork belly stir-fry. The next picture is of a neighboring regular customer named Takachan, who was also enjoying the pork belly stir-fry. The meat was delicious, the cooking was perfect, and the sauce was outstanding. It was truly a masterpiece. Using the best quality meat and a professional chef's touch, a superb pork belly stir-fry was created. I was amazed. Finally, the last picture is of a place I truly love, called Amayadori. I wanted to meet the master of Amayadori, so after indulging in food and drinks at the restaurant, I visited Amayadori around 9:00 PM. The master of Amayadori is not on Tabelog, so I will post a picture here. The master of Amayadori is a wonderful person! I spent about 90 minutes there, paid 2500 yen, and as I was about to leave, the master suggested going for drinks at a nearby karaoke snack bar. The master of Amayadori, a female employee, and I went to the karaoke snack bar, and the total bill was 6200 yen. It's about 2000 yen per person. When I tried to pay my share of 2000 yen, the master said, "You invited Kikuchan, so you don't have to pay." This meant that the 2500 yen I paid at Amayadori was essentially free. In the end, I received free drinks at Amayadori. This is the kind of person the master of Amayadori is. He is not just someone who is good at taking money; he is incredibly considerate of others. He is too kind-hearted. I made a promise to visit Amayadori again this Saturday. Thank you, Lamer Mama, and the master of Amayadori, for the delicious food today. Thank you, Atsushi Hamamura. Thank you so much for reading my trivial review until the end. If you have any feedback or questions, please feel free to comment. Thank you for your continued support.
