This is a store located underground in Namba CITY. I happened to be in Namba for something else, stopped by Yuzawaya for some shopping, and then passed by this store. I bought various kinds of retort food to enjoy at home. The highlight this time was the smoked pistachio nuts! Pistachio nuts are already delicious to eat on their own, but wait, smoked? The smoked aroma is wonderfully fragrant and the taste is just like smoked! These are pistachio nuts from America smoked with mountain cherry wood chips from Shimane Prefecture. This is truly a superb and delicious snack. Highly recommended as a companion to alcohol.

I visited Namba CITY's B2 floor for the first time. I was surprised to find Seijo Ishii there! I bought the chicken with black vinegar sauce and 7 kinds of vegetables, and it was delicious! The onion was a bit strong, but it was good. There were also discounted sweets, making it a great store!

In the basement 2 of Namba CITY, there is a shop where I went to buy chilled wine for a sudden hanami (flower viewing) outing. Not only did they have a great selection of wine, cheese, and other snacks, but near the entrance, I found a flat refrigerator with salads! I didn't expect to find fresh vegetables at Seijo Ishii in this location, so it was a bit surprising. However, when I bought and tried the salad, it was surprisingly delicious for the price, and had a good amount of volume. I didn't have the image of them selling perishable foods like this in the basement 2 of Namba CITY, so it might be a hidden gem or a good find. It could make you feel a bit more luxurious than a convenience store salad!

I bought "Country Farm Fruit Muesli" at Seijo Ishii in May 2017. It cost 559 yen for 750g. It contains raisins, figs, bananas, apples, and peaches. The muesli looks a bit chunky and is a bit hard to eat on its own, but when mixed with yogurt, it becomes easier to eat. The sweetness of the raisins helps reduce the chunkiness. I also bought "Country Farm Tropical Muesli" the next day. It cost 559 yen for 750g and contains papaya, bananas, figs, pineapples, apricots, and coconut. This muesli is sweeter than the fruit muesli, making it easier to eat even with plain yogurt. Overall, the fruit muesli had a satisfaction rating of 3.4, while the tropical muesli had a rating of 3.6. Thank you for the meal.

I walked around the underground second floor of Namba City for the first time in a while and stopped by at Seijo Ishii. I was looking for a snack and a drink to go with it. Just before eating, I realized that both items were apple-themed. I got the "Leafless Apple Juice" and the "Acacia Honey Apple Danish." The Danish was a common apple and custard pastry with a touch of honey sweetness, making it quite a satisfying pastry. As for the juice, it was a Seijo Ishii brand, and although I couldn't tell if the "leafless" effect worked, it was a delicious juice with a rich taste of 100% fruit juice.

On Sunday in March 2014, I bought the No.1 popular Western confectionery at Seijo Ishii. It's the "Premium Cheesecake" for 798 yen. This baked cake uses plenty of cream cheese, with a simple and natural sweetness in the sponge base, topped with a crispy streusel, roasted almonds, and raisins for added flavor. It's not only voluminous but also has a perfect contrast of flavors and textures, making it a cheesecake that is so delicious you can't stop eating once you start. The size is 180mm×70mm×35mm and the expiration date is 4 days. You don't need to refrigerate this cheesecake. The cheese is moist with no acidity or sweetness. The crispy streusel on the surface has a good mouthfeel. I'm not a big fan of raisins, but they add a nice accent when eaten together. I refrigerated it and had it the next day. The cheese became denser, which I preferred! Today's satisfaction level: ◯ Thank you for the meal.

I went to a takeout place at 14:36. I thought I could get 30% cash back with my AMEX, but later found out that the store wasn't eligible. So, I'm heading to Seijo Ishii at Keihan Mall in Kyobashi. I bought one pack of millennium house additive-free dried plum and perilla pickles, two packs of sun-dried dried daikon radish, one pack of Asahi Pons, and one bottle of sudachi fruit juice from Tokushima.

18:00~ I passed by the store front while shopping a bit, so I bought: pistachio x1, Latvia cranberry x1, Brookside dark chocolate pomegranate flavor x1, herb tea x2 (rose hip and ginger), Socado Piaceli assorted mix x1.

I bought some snacks that seemed to go well with alcohol for a home drinking session. The combination was a bit random, but I got Chapchae with lots of meat, boiled eggs, char siu burdock, and chicken. I also bought olives, tomatoes, and cheese. This time, all of them were a hit! I ended up drinking almost two bottles of wine alone because they all went well with alcohol and had strong flavors.
