Even if it seems like a lot of sugar, if you gradually add and mix it in, it becomes just right. This crunchy texture is really nice. It's so delicious. In the summer, you could even consider changing your cake gift to this coffee jelly, it's that good!

It's a round monaka with chocolate coating on the outside and chocolate inside. There are three flavors: mango, strawberry, and pistachio. The mango one has a hint of lemon, giving it a refreshing taste. The strawberry one is sweet and sour, and has a wonderful aroma. As for the pistachio, it didn't quite capture the essence of pistachio. Each monaka has a crispy texture when you bite into it, which was quite surprising at first. It's a new sensation in sweets, and I think even the men who received it must have found it interesting. Hiro Coffee has been putting effort into their sweets lately, so I look forward to more in the future.

I bought some coffee beans and sweets. - Organic Peru, light roast: I've only seen Peru beans in dark roast before, so I found it unique and decided to try it. It seems to highlight the acidity of Peru, but it wasn't really to my taste, so I want to try blending it with other beans. - Organic Mocha: It has a unique fruity aroma and a light taste that goes down easily. It doesn't linger on the palate much. - Brazil, Serrado region, Botanica farm: I bought this based on the recommendation of the staff, and it was a hit. Creamy and sweet like nuts. A flavor that I really enjoyed. - Chocolate-coated coffee beans: Specialty coffee beans "Brazil Chapadon" coated in chocolate. When you bite into it, a crispy bitterness spreads in your mouth. Available in milk and white chocolate flavors. There were many other delicious items in the store, and being there made me feel happy. I would love to go back if I have the chance.

I visited "Hiro Coffee" in Osaka. I originally wanted to have a cafe time, but the cafe-like atmosphere inside the shop was filled with smoke, which I'm not a fan of, so I decided to pass. What caught my eye was the three types of organic coffee for drip, which I found interesting. They were: Colombian medium roast, Colombian dark roast, and Inagawa Inagawa. Despite the overly Japanese-sounding names, both were delicious. Even though it's just coffee, it feels good for the body (... at least that's what I think). In the past, I wasn't interested in organic products, but lately, I even make my own dressing. It would be nice if Starbucks had organic coffee too. (They don't, right? Or is it just me who doesn't know?)
