An izakaya located about a 3-minute walk from Teramachi-cho. We were guided to the second floor and had a leisurely meeting drinking party. It's been a while since I've been to THE izakaya!! The dishes that go well with alcohol are great! The sushi is also reasonably priced! I'm satisfied with being able to eat a variety of dishes! (*¯ ꒳¯*) ♪ There are also many benefits with LINE registration!! It's a restaurant that is easy for families and people coming back from work to enter. The staff were also friendly! It's a restaurant that I want to go drinking at again!

I had some errands nearby and happened to come across a food stall sushi restaurant. The shop looked clean, so I thought it must be newly opened. The menu was quite extensive. I ordered some typical izakaya dishes. Although the name is "food stall sushi," I didn't order any sushi as I opted for sashimi instead. However, the sashimi wasn't very tasty. I think since it's a seafood place, they should improve the quality of their fish. The other dishes were average. The conger eel tempura was delicious. The restaurant had two floors and was spacious and clean, which was nice. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Teramachi town for some errands and decided to go to Yatai Zushi nearby! When I entered, I was led to the second floor. Once on the second floor, I took off my shoes and sat down. The interior of the restaurant was very beautiful. We ordered sashimi, deep-fried tofu in broth, grilled stingray fin, salmon belly, potato cheese, conger eel tempura, chilled tofu, and more. I also had a drink, which I think was some kind of sour, but I forgot the exact name. Sorry! Everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I saw a sign saying "Authentic hand-rolled sushi from 59 yen" so I decided to go in. They also had izakaya menu. The atmosphere inside was more like an izakaya than a sushi restaurant. It's easy to enter, so I think it's good. The staff were also very friendly. The menu overall seems a bit limited. It's suitable for those who want to mainly eat hand-rolled sushi.

JR Teradacho Station is about a 5-minute walk away. While I initially thought that sushi was their specialty, they actually had a wide variety of other menu items as well. They also had a good selection of drinks. The prices were average. There were more counter seats than table seats in the restaurant, which gave it a lively atmosphere. The appetizer was vinegar miso with firefly squid, sausages, mentaiko, and stir-fried chicken (I forgot the name). The sausages here are fried instead of grilled, which made them a bit greasy. The firefly squid could use a bit less seasoning. I imagined it would be like the authentic one from Itami Honman, but unfortunately, it fell short. The mentaiko was served with lemon, which was a bit odd. The chicken stir-fry, which was oily, could have benefitted from some lemon. It would be nice if the lemon was cut in a way that made it easier to squeeze. Although I didn't order any raw dishes, I was surprised to see such menu items at a sushi restaurant. It might be better to think of it as an izakaya instead. The wait time for drinks was normal. Thank you for the meal.

On December 25th, the day of Christ's birth. As a Buddhist, a Nichiren Shoshu follower, it doesn't really concern me. (Just kidding. My wife is asking for a present.) This day is seriously contagious with illnesses. So, reluctantly, I ended up dining alone. I decided to go to the recently popular "Yataizushi," a highly recommended bar in the area, but it was closed for Christmas vacation from December 25th to January 6th. So, unable to resist the urge for sushi, I reluctantly ended up at "Yataizushi." The atmosphere inside the restaurant was mostly single customers at the counter enjoying their meals. I sat at the counter as well. The system at this restaurant is to write down the sushi you want on a piece of paper and then it will be served to you. I chose some safe sushi options. After trying the sushi, my impression was, "Hmm, just okay." The sushi was neither bad nor exceptional, just very average. I decided to order some tongue with black pepper, but it turned out to be disappointingly tough. I also ordered oyster fry, which was also just okay. As a casual dining option, it might be a bit lacking. I had only one bottle of beer. I didn't feel like drinking more here. The bill was higher than expected. If you're looking for good sushi, I would recommend going to a nearby restaurant instead. In the end, I wasn't satisfied with the meal and ended up going to another place for more food and drinks. Let's hope they improve their offerings.

The shop is located near the Teradamachi intersection on National Route 25, heading west from the north exit of JR Kanjo Line Teradamachi. The large retro movie sign stands out as a good landmark. Popular shops like "Tamaten" and "Tonte" are nearby, making the area bustling. I visited on the first night after moving my office to Teradamachi with a former colleague. They had half-price drinks until 7:00 PM, which is a great deal for early drinkers. The fried chicken wings are recommended, and the izakaya menu is extensive, similar to chain restaurants. However, it should be recognized as an izakaya rather than a sushi restaurant. It's a shame that the sushi is mediocre, as the sushi chefs seem to move around a lot. The idea of having a non-rotating sushi restaurant where customers can build a relationship with the chef seems different from the headquarters' thinking. They claim to have skilled craftsmen, but some are inexperienced. It's best used as an izakaya where you can have some sushi when you're a little hungry. Thank you for the meal. The sushi isn't bad, but it could be better.

Terada-cho sushi restaurant. It has a flashy sign and a stand-up stall-like exterior and interior. It seems quite crowded with customers. The fact that it has "Terada-cho branch" in its name suggests that it's a chain store, which is a bit disappointing. It turns out to be a company from Nagoya. There don't seem to be many approachable sushi restaurants in this area, so it's packed with families and salarymen coming after work. We ordered a sashimi assortment, nigiri assortment, and a few other dishes. The sashimi wasn't tasty, and even though it's advertised as a sushi restaurant, the sushi was mediocre. It's at the level of a low-priced chain izakaya. In this case, it might be better to go to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant considering the price.

I left Momotani and ended the day in Terada-cho at this place, however... I accidentally deleted the images of Manmaru, Osho, and Coco, so it's a lonely review without any pictures (cries). I just can't seem to get into writing the review article either (sweating).

I don't have the prices since the images are gone (sweating). But I remember that all the prices were like "199 yen" or "299 yen" for the last digit. Only the chicken wings were 450 yen, and I remember thinking, "Why!?" (bitter laughter). I think the sushi ranged from 59 yen to 499 yen (sweating). Well, I hate to say it, but the quality of conveyor belt sushi has been improving lately, so they need to come up with some more ideas or it might be tough. It's nice that they have a wide variety of sake pairings, but I still think they need more creativity in flavor and presentation. I think they need some unique characteristics that are specific to this place for differentiation (empty look).

The food and drinks were normal, but the service was extremely slow. We were always left waiting... Other customers were also waiting for their orders, saying they had been waiting for about 20 minutes for their drinks. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. The sushi was average, more suitable for an izakaya setting. The wait staff seemed to be getting complaints from customers due to the slow service. It was a pity to see them in that situation.

This is a restaurant that exudes a street food stall atmosphere. It is located on a main street and easy to find. There are no coin parking lots nearby, so it may take a few minutes to find parking. The interior of the restaurant has a wooden feel with a counter and several tables. It is relatively quiet. I have visited a few times. As it is a sushi restaurant, they naturally serve sushi. However, I honestly felt that it is a tough competition area for sashimi and sushi. I love fatty tuna, but the tuna here is more lean, so this might be just my personal opinion. There are many other menu items that are delicious and go well with drinks. The drink menu is quite simple. I enjoy high-quality sake, so in that sense, it was average. However, when considering it as an izakaya, this may be normal.

I visited the Yaguu store. It's about a 5-minute walk from the Yotsubashi subway station. It was my first time being taken there, and there were counters, tables, and I sat in the farthest tatami room. It's a place where you write your own order, so it's easier to go with people you know well. It seemed like there were many families there. The sushi rice was pleasantly warm, and the tai and salmon had a fresh and satisfying texture, which I liked. The negitoro was around 500 yen per can, but it wasn't that special. I also like the seared toro salmon, but I prefer the regular one! The chawanmushi and red miso soup were delicious with a rich flavor. Oh, the side menu of kushikatsu was not good. It seems to be open until 2 am, as my friend who came with me said he stops by alone after work, spends around 1,000 yen, and then goes home. He seems to be quite a regular customer (laughs). That casual atmosphere is nice too! By the way, he kept adding extra tekka hand rolls multiple times. The price per person includes three drinks. I was full! I want to go again someday.

It was a sushi restaurant around 8:00 PM. I was about to have dinner at home when suddenly my father called and said, "There's a sushi restaurant near my office that I'm curious about, let's go when I get home!" (He always does this, but I wish he wouldn't invite me so suddenly...) I stopped eating halfway and waited for my father to come home. He arrived at 9:00 PM. In the meantime, my mother and I complained about how late he was. With my father leading the way, we drove to a place quite far from home. (I was already starving.) *There was no parking lot, so we parked on the side of the road. The walls were covered with signs written in messy handwriting. The inside of the restaurant was small, with quite a line. We were seated at the counter where we could see the sushi being made. The menu was displayed with prices starting at 59 yen per piece. The sushi was placed on top of paper on the counter, ensuring it was freshly made. However, the system here is that customers have to write their own order slips. *It's to prevent mistakes in orders. The fish was fresh, the rice was warm, and the taste was delicious. The only downside is that it's a bit inconveniently located.

I went back to my hometown and had dinner at this restaurant for the first time in a while. My child wanted to eat sushi, so we came here. It's a family-friendly place with a wide variety of menu options, like a sushi restaurant combined with an izakaya. We ordered some chutoro sashimi, which my dad loves, and the tuna was pretty good. We ordered quite a bit of food, but the prices were very reasonable. However, it was a bit slow to come out, probably because it was busy on the weekend. I just wish the drinks would come out faster.
