There are tables for 4 and 6 people, as well as counter seats. I noticed both Japanese and foreign customers enjoying the delicious seafood and grilled dishes. Additionally, there is a second-floor seating area above the counter seats, suitable for gatherings of up to 15 people. 1. Who and why I went I visited this restaurant alone. I enjoy seafood and wanted to try some shellfish as well, so I stopped by this place as a second stop after having a meal with my boss. The recommendation for this place came from my boss, so I went along with his suggestion. 2. Access from the station From JR Shibuya Station Hachiko Exit, cross the signal in front of Shibuya Station and turn left at the entrance of Inokashira Street. Continue straight and turn left on the third block where you will see the sign for McDonald's. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the building next to it. 3. Atmosphere & Table Setting The restaurant was bustling, with a mix of foreign customers. As it is a grilled dish restaurant, each table had a gas stove for grilling. Scissors and tongs were also provided, giving a traditional grilled dish restaurant vibe. 4. Menu Besides grilled dishes, there were also hot pots available on the menu. In addition to seafood, there was also motsunabe (offal hot pot) on offer. The prices are slightly higher due to the use of domestic offal, but it might be worth a try. Of course, there is a wide variety of grilled dishes on the menu, so it's best to go with a few people to enjoy a variety of options. 5. Drinks The impressive aspect of this place is the wide variety of beers available! There were as many beer options as a specialized beer bar. Furthermore, I was surprised by the number of beer taps available. I have never seen anything like it before. 6. Appetizer The appetizer served was like this ▼ Today, I ordered a fresh grapefruit sour for a change of pace. I wanted to order beer as well, but I had already had a drink at the first stop, so I decided to save it for next time. 7. Food Ordered Scallop and Clam Grilled Dish ▼ It may be hard to tell from the photo, but the scallop was large, and the clam was quite big too. Even for first-timers, the grilling instructions were clear to ensure a delicious grilled dish. It has a homemade feel to it, which is nice. The scallop and clam are ready to eat. Looks delicious! Next, Octopus and Tuna Onion Skewers ▼ The octopus was delicious. It had enough saltiness without needing soy sauce. 8. Staff Service The staff consisted of both male and female members, all of whom were friendly and provided good service. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, and it was easy to strike up a conversation with neighboring diners. 9. Toilet The toilets were well-maintained and clean. There were separate facilities for men, women, and unisex, so there was no need to worry about queuing even when the restaurant was busy. 10. Overall Impression Recommended by my boss, I casually dropped by as the second stop, but the extensive food and drink menu made me feel like it would be a waste to leave after just one visit! Additionally, the size and freshness of the scallop and clam were fantastic. Especially, the size and meatiness of the clam provided a satisfying eating experience. Since it seems suitable for parties, I plan to come back next time with a few people or a large group to enjoy the grilled dishes and other menu items to the fullest.
