During the coronavirus pandemic, I had some business in Osaka and stayed at this hotel. The staff, including the front desk, were very welcoming and friendly. They greeted me warmly and were always ready to help. The room was stylish, clean, and spacious, making my stay very comfortable. The sofa bed and small table in the room were perfect for room service. They even provided complimentary mineral water. For dinner, you can either buy ready-made meals and alcohol at the supermarket on the first floor of the hotel building, or dine at nearby restaurants. For breakfast, they offer a buffet with a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, as well as salads. You can also enjoy rice porridge and morning curry. The soup options include miso soup and corn potage. They also provide coffee and soft drinks. Having breakfast while enjoying the view from the 9th floor is a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience. PS. If you are driving, there is a parking fee of 1,000 yen.
