They pay attention to details such as the chewy texture of the dough and the baking process. They are also known for using a single-toothed clog and have strengthened their core muscles by grilling squid. (laughs)

I found a delicious looking grilled squid restaurant on Tabelog search! After asking around and hearing good things about it, I decided to visit. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. The shop was small but had a counter where you could enjoy freshly grilled squid on the spot, in addition to takeout options. I ordered three different kinds, including one for my acquaintance. The texture of the dough was chewy and the squid was cooked perfectly, making it very delicious. The portions were generous and I left feeling very satisfied. It's a shame that they have limited operating days, but I definitely want to visit this place again.
