I came to Seiryomachi! I visited the Michi-no-Eki (roadside station) and decided to buy some bread from Seiryu Bakko at the station. I had never bought any since they relocated. I had purchased bread from them once before they moved. It was close to 6 pm, but there were plenty of bread left... I guess they must have restocked late in the day. I bought the Cream Bread for 160 yen and the Natural Yeast Cheese Bread for 270 yen. The Cream Bread was a bit dry, but the cream inside was old-fashioned and not too sweet. The Natural Yeast Cheese Bread was also a bit dry and lacked a chewy texture. It seems like the use of natural yeast might be the reason for the higher price. Overall, not much has changed since my last visit.

Received some stamps at the roadside station "Papasland Sattsuru". In a corner of the specialty and local products market, there is a section for the bakery "Bakoubo" from Kiyosato. They have a quite rich variety of bread, from sweet to hard types. Everything looks delicious, so I ended up buying two items! The "Walnut and Cranberry Bread" (250 yen) has a crispy crust and a chewy and fluffy texture inside, with plenty of walnuts and cranberries. However, the wheat flavor is a bit weak. The "Deep-Fried Sweet Potato Donut" (160 yen) contains sweet potato, but it lacks the chewy texture you would expect. It tastes like a regular deep-fried donut. If they enhanced the chewiness with more sweet potato, it would be even more delicious. I would like to visit the store next time and try various items! Thank you, Bakoubo!

I was alone in Kiyosato and happened to pass by, so I decided to stop by A Co-op. They call themselves A Co-op Hunters, you know. When I entered A Co-op Kiyosato, I noticed there was a bakery right away. It said that a bakery I had been to before had relocated. It was like finding a treasure, right? Since it's not something you have to report to the police, I gratefully accepted it. So I thought I might as well visit the store. I tried to find it based on the address, but the navigation system couldn't pinpoint the exact location. I like donuts, especially the chewy kind. As for this one... I'll keep that a secret. I prefer donuts with sugar sprinkled on top. This one... it's not sprinkled with sugar inside, though. It's a bit crumbly, but it's a tasty donut.

In April 2021, I purchased bread from a bakery in Kiyosato at the roadside station Papasland. I only have a photo left, so I completely forgot the taste. It was just a normal, delicious bread.

The bread lacks chewiness and wheat flavor. It gives the impression of being a hard bread that could be made at home. The prices are relatively affordable. However, the pizza dough is tasty and the toppings are healthy, but the quality does not match the price. It is disappointing, especially considering the expectations for homemade wheat.
