There seem to be various types of donburi bowls, and this place is a chain of Ohana Donburi. I saw that they had yellowtail (buri) in stock, so I ordered a yellowtail donburi. It seems like the selling point is that the donburi bowls are made by sushi chefs, and that's written in all the Donburi chains, but I rarely come across such Donburi places. In fact, I only know about three Donburi places. Now, back to the yellowtail - it was a splendid piece of yellowtail. It was thickly sliced with a rich fatty flavor, the kind that makes you think it would be quite a treat to have this at a sushi restaurant. It was delicious.

[Shop Location] About a 5-minute walk from Horikiri-Shobuen Station. [Menu] Most items on the menu are priced at 540 yen. [System] They operate on a system where you order and then they make your bento for takeout. If you don't need chopsticks and soy sauce, they provide a bag with miso soup, etc. On the 10th, 20th, and 30th of the month, the price drops from 540 yen to 500 yen. It seems to be a chain store, which is nice because they are located nationwide. [Taste] It's delicious! They collaborate with a sushi restaurant and pay attention to hygiene, which may contribute to the great taste. [Interior] They seem to prioritize hygiene, which is displayed in the shop. I will definitely go back.

A new takeout-only store opened on March 19, 2015. They offer over 70 varieties of seafood bowls for 540 yen including tax. You can also get extra rice for 600 yen, extra toppings for 700 yen, and a large portion for 800 yen (excluding tax). They offer daily specials and on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month, the prices are without tax. You can customize your seafood bowl to your liking on the spot. If you don't need disposable chopsticks and soy sauce, you can enjoy your favorite miso soup instead. They also have interesting toppings not listed on the menu. The food is best enjoyed within 30 minutes of purchase. You can also place orders over the phone.

[Visit in May 2015] This restaurant opened where a bento shop used to be. I didn't know it was a chain when it first opened. It seems there are many branches. It's great to have a seafood restaurant with good value. There were several people ahead of me in line. I often see others lining up on other days, so I think others are also happy like me.
- Daily special bowl: 500 yen ☆3.5
I added an extra "engawa" to the daily special bowl. The volume and taste for 500 yen including tax is cheap. There are also menu items that are not daily specials starting from 500 yen (excluding tax). The menu is also extensive. You can find your favorite menu item. However, the wasabi is not good. I tried it twice, but it didn't taste good. I recommend using the tube wasabi you have at home. There may be some dissatisfaction with other ingredients, but I still think it's good value. But I really don't like the wasabi. From now on, I will ask for it without wasabi. The staff probably doesn't mean any harm, as they generously put a lot of wasabi, but...
- Service: ☆3
Neither good nor bad.
