Today I had Yaki Carbo. The noodles are stir-fried, so Yaki Carbo has a more fragrant taste compared to regular Carbonara. The sauce is decent. However, eating it fresh and hot is enjoyable. Thank you for the meal!

Two of us ordered the "Karakara" (Kochujang) and "Japanese" (Japanese-style soy sauce) large portions. The pasta noodles were thick and satisfying, and the noodles were stir-fried along with the ingredients, making them very fragrant and delicious. However, compared to other Roma-ken stores, both pastas seemed to have a lighter seasoning.

Unexpected Roman-style pub hopping!! This place offers a wine all-you-can-drink deal for around 1200 yen for 50 minutes, including sparkling wine. In addition, you need to order two appetizers and a main dish, so it will cost about 3000 yen per person. The portions are small, but all the dishes are surprisingly delicious. The aioli was a new type mixed with Japanese and Western dashi, and it was really tasty!! Everything went well with the wine and sparkling wine I chose, so we ended up finishing three bottles in the 50-minute all-you-can-drink session with two people!! The manager is friendly and engaging in conversation, making it a fun place to visit. It's a great spot for drinking alone as well. I might visit again in the future.

A shop near my company that I often visit. They offer reasonable prices. Instead of boiled spaghetti, they use boiled noodles stir-fried and mixed with ingredients. My favorites are Japoneze and Yaki Kalbo with salt basil, but today I ordered mentaiko to show respect for the Hakata Yamakasa Festival. After a short wait, the dish arrived, surprisingly with plenty of mentaiko and shiso as a nice accent. The nori also added a nice touch, and I enjoyed slurping it up.

I came to Roma Ken in Hankyu San Plaza. There used to be many branches, but they have become less common lately. They had a limited-time menu this month, Thai Gapao Spaghetti. The combination of pasta and Thai cuisine sounded intriguing. First, a salad was served, mainly made of lettuce. There were various pasta dishes on the menu. The Gapao and baguette arrived. The Gapao came with a fried egg on top, and a large bottle of Tabasco and cheese were also provided. I sprinkled plenty of Tabasco to make it extra spicy and was satisfied. The Gapao tasted like a meat sauce, with minced meat and basil sauce complementing the pasta very well. It could be a regular menu item even after this month. It was incredibly delicious! (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))♡ I always see Romaken as a pasta restaurant whenever I go out, but I didn't realize there were so few stores. But it was so tasty! (o^^o)

I am a passionate fan of Romaken, a Japanese-style Italian restaurant! I can't resist and often find myself jumping into the shop regularly. The Jumbo Neapolitan, priced at 650 yen including tax, is my favorite. I usually ask for a smaller portion, around 300g, and it is filled with a rich variety of ingredients like shrimp, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), shiitake mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. When topped with plenty of grated cheese, it becomes incredibly delicious! Thanks to this, I was able to spend a blissful time enjoying my meal.

On Saturday, I went on a mini train trip mission on the JR Gakuen Toshi Line, Yamato Line, and Tokaido Line. Unfortunately, there was a train disruption at Takatsuki Station due to a "human accident" between Koshien-guchi and Nishi-Akashi. I decided to get off at Osaka instead of Himeji. I had lunch at a crowded dining area under the guard in Umeda. I ordered Napoli and Meat spaghetti with a glass of beer. The portion was quite generous, with thick noodles. I wished there was a fried egg on top. I left feeling full and satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

"Roma-ken" at Sun Plaza in Umeda. I've never tried baked spaghetti before. At 7 pm, there were 3 male customers already seated. It seems like the portions are quite large. Oh, they have a half set menu! ★Half Set 780 yen (choice of half-sized baked spaghetti, salad, baguette) ★Sparkling wine 480 yen Total bill 1260 yen Paid with PayPay. I chose the rosé sparkling wine since they didn't have white. For pasta, I went with the Napolitan. The rosé was slightly dry. As mentioned, a generous portion of salad was served, consisting of lettuce and tomatoes. The baked spaghetti had a nice sear on it. The medium-thick noodles were chewy, even for a half portion. A normal size would definitely be filling. It was quite delicious (^-^) There were no sausages, but it had small shrimp in it. A solo female customer who arrived later ordered a regular pasta only, and it seems you have to pay in advance for that. The all-you-can-drink wine option is affordable and seems quite convenient."

On weekends in Umeda, it was very crowded at lunchtime, with popular restaurants having waiting times of over an hour. I decided to have lunch at this place, which was relatively empty. It was my first time at Roma Ken. My friend had been to Roma Ken a few times before, but it was their first time at this particular location. According to my friend, "the menu might be slightly different depending on the store." I ordered the Japanese-style Bolognese. Despite it being a weekend, there was only one person in the kitchen and one person in the dining area, so the dishes came out one by one and it took a bit of time. The food was a bit on the salty side. My friend's shrimp cream dish also seemed a bit salty, and my friend mentioned, "I haven't experienced this level of saltiness in other restaurants, so maybe this place has a stronger flavor?" The prices were reasonable and it seemed convenient, so I would like to visit another location next time.

I went to this place that used to be in the Snack Park at Hankyu Umeda store, which has now closed down! Among the 15 shops, this was my favorite, and I also love the "Showa-style Neapolitan" at the Osaka Station Front Building No. 3 store, so I immediately decided to visit this place. I was seated at the counter, but the space for one person was quite cramped and the atmosphere was not the best. I ordered the "Neapolitan" of course after looking at the menu with lots of food samples at the entrance. Since it's a pre-payment system, I paid and waited for my order. It was brought to me in 7-8 minutes, but I was surprised by the visual of having almost no ingredients except for shrimp W(`0`)W I thought it might be a prank and looked for a hidden camera haha. I found only one tomato that was 5mm square, and realized that they forgot to put in komatsuna and onions, and there were two tiny shiitake mushrooms that were so small that people with poor eyesight might not notice. :(;゙゚'ω゚'): The thick noodles, boiled and then stir-fried in a frying pan with a special sauce, finished with a secret broth, had a crispy char and a chewy texture, which was delicious!!! It was delicious even without ingredients!!! This type doesn't make your mouth dry, which I like ♡ I finished it in an instant despite the generous portion. By chance, every encounter is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Personally, I will enjoy it at other stores next time!

I ate here a while ago. It's a place I often go to when I feel like having pasta. The portions at typical pasta places are not satisfying for me. This time, I tried the limited-time mushroom pasta with sausage. The flavors were not particularly outstanding, but it's a step up from homemade. I enjoyed being able to sprinkle plenty of cheese on top. Some people were elegantly drinking wine, which made me a little envious. I will definitely go back to eat there again.

I was convinced by the unique cooking method of boiling and stir-frying, as well as the thick noodles. After hesitating on what to order, I impulsively chose my favorite Napolitan and the delicious crispy chicken. The hearty sound of frying in the pan, the noodles dancing in the air, all whet my appetite even more. When I bite into the soft coating of the chicken, there's a satisfying crunch, followed by the tender chicken sliding down my throat. The Olive Chicken with its light texture is quite appealing. And although it's a time-limited offer, the all-you-can-drink wine plan with various options sounds fun. Now, the Napolitan... the volume of the baked spaghetti is evident as the fork in my hand feels its weight. The ingredients include shrimp, tomato, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), shiitake mushrooms, and onions, all in a ketchup flavor. Since it's stir-fried in a pan, a little bit of char is already incorporated... I am full. Romainken Hankyu San Plaza Store.

@Umeda: ★★★★☆ Tabelog rating 3.03 [Irresistible B-grade grilled pasta and sausages]. I was shocked when I saw the previous post ordering the exact same thing haha. As expected, this Kama Tamapepe Ron + sausages is irresistible! Just be careful because it's a decent portion at 400g! #KansaiGourmet #OsakaGourmet #OsakaStation #OsakaLunch #Pasta #Unedited #Japan #Happy #Food

My recent favorite Roman restaurant. There are not many places where you can eat pasta to your heart's content. Most places are more geared towards women and are elegant. This place has a lot of male customers and feels calm. On this day, I had the baked carbonara with sausage topping. It's not exactly carbonara, but it's good in its own way. Personally, I prefer tomato-based dishes. Next time, I want to challenge myself to get extra pasta.

Upon entering the store, I was directed to the counter seats. I ordered three bottles, with one fifth of the first bottle opened, two thirds of the second bottle poured, and half of the third bottle served in a glass. The staff kindly asked me to use the glass provided. The style is to serve three bottles and let the customers pour their own drinks. The all-you-can-drink option for 30 minutes costs 550 yen, and a cover charge of 430 yen is required. It's a casual outdoor style establishment where women can also come alone. The cleanliness of the place is average. The counter seats were almost full, and the staff were managing the busy atmosphere with just two people. They even offered to switch my red wine to white wine, showing great attention to detail. While others enjoyed the popular lunch menu of Neapolitan pasta, I indulged in another full glass of white wine. This was my fourth stop of the day, and I found that I could handle white wine quite well. The staff mechanically greeted customers passing by and adjusted the mysterious background music upon request. I may have overindulged in the all-you-can-drink option due to my weakness, but I regret it. The cover charge appetizer of prosciutto was good, but I wish the fried chicken was a bit crispier. Overall, the cost performance was excellent. Thank you for the meal.

I was looking forward to it, but there wasn't any notably delicious food. The snacks were expensive for the small portion. The pasta had a good portion size and was cheap, so if you go, it's better to just order pasta (the pasta at this location wasn't notably delicious, I don't know about other locations). The all-you-can-drink wine also had cheap wine (which is expected), and it had a high alcohol content so you can't drink a lot. If you want to taste different wines in small amounts, it's worth going.

I went to Roma-ken in search of pasta. The shop is quite small, but some people enjoy leisurely meals with wine during the day. I quickly had lunch as I had no time to waste. I ordered the Napolitan pasta that day. I also couldn't resist ordering the sausage. I topped the Napolitan pasta with a generous amount of grated cheese, which made it taste deliciously junky. It had a nice crispy texture that set it apart from regular pasta. The pasta was thick and chewy, providing a satisfying eating experience. Thank you for the meal.

Recently, sometimes I feel like eating pasta for lunch. There weren't many times in the past, but when I try to eat pasta alone, it's hard to find a convenient restaurant. It would be very easy to use if there were such restaurants. I ordered Japanese-style pasta with sausage. I also like to sprinkle powdered cheese on my Japanese-style pasta. The thick and chewy pasta comes in a 400g serving, but surprisingly, I can finish it. The burnt soy sauce flavor is delicious in this pasta. It's a bit lacking just with that, so the sausage is a perfect item. Many other men order this as well. I am now full. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I was in a hurry for lunch. I hesitated for 2 seconds between curry and pasta, but I chose pasta. I quickly entered the restaurant and checked the menu. "Japanese-style Bolognese"? I wasn't sure what it was, but it sounded interesting so I decided on that. Most of the other customers ordered "Japonesque". I'll have to check later what the difference is between Japanese-style Bolognese and Japonesque. Japanese-style Bolognese is a Japanese-style version of Bolognese. It includes soy sauce in addition to tomato sauce. There's not much minced meat. Powdered cheese might go well with it. Tabasco might also go well with it. It has a subtle taste, but it's delicious on its own. By the way, Japonesque seemed like a Japanese-style soy sauce-based pasta. It was a generous 400g portion. It was delicious.
