ジントニN
#Encounter with this place. In early October of this year, 2014, the annual street bar event 'Honma Mon Bar' was held in Minami. During the event, if you buy a ticket, you can enjoy a drink and a snack from each shop for almost 500 yen per shop, making it a very cost-effective event. Of course, there is no reason why Gin Toni N, who loves bar hopping, would not participate. Furthermore, in addition to being cost-effective, there is another important significance... Yes. Among the astronomical number of shops in Minami, you can discover your favorite shop, which is a valuable opportunity. Although the introduction has become long, this time, among the nearly 10 shops visited, the shop that attracted me the most was 'Sakana Naiya Anbai'. Thus, I vowed to revisit, but due to various reasons, it was finally realized this time. The location is in the middle of Soemon-cho, a little back on the 1st floor of a building, making it difficult for passersby to easily enter. Gin Toni N's animalistic sense of smell does not reach this far back... Therefore, the discovery at this bar event was truly rewarding. The owner here, perhaps due to their inherent character, has a friendly, natural style of service rather than being overly friendly. This makes it easy for us to naturally spend time there. This is the good thing about this shop. Even during the visit with my partner, two women who also visited the bar, along with the owner (a woman, so I will address her as such), easily joined in the conversation, and the atmosphere was very good. Even on this day, there were only a few customers at the counter, with a woman at each end. My partner and I squeezed in the middle. There is also a 6-8 person table, creating a homely layout. This distance is also nice. The owner here, perhaps due to their personality, is not overly friendly, but rather has a natural, relaxed style of service. This makes it easy for us to spend time there naturally. This is what makes this shop great. This time, even though it was only my second visit, the owner remembered us and the conversation flowed from the beginning. Luckily, as soon as we slipped into the counter, customers started coming in and the shop filled up. Observing the situation, I felt the presence of regular customers... Honestly, I had concerns that we, as newcomers, would be at a disadvantage, but fortunately these concerns were dispelled later on. The owner's friends and regular customers are all very friendly... I also enjoyed hearing various stories from the owner... Before I knew it, I had stayed for 5 hours f^_^;) (←Educational guidance). Oh, the most important thing, the food. First, we ordered grilled fish, dried mackerel. It was very moist and tender. I heard that it was homemade by the owner! The customer next to us had Nishikyo-yaki. It was very plump and thick, and looked very delicious. We ordered various other dishes, but the 'grilled summer vegetables with cheese' was a favorite item. When I asked why 'summer vegetables' in December, the owner replied, "I started in the summer, but the customers liked it so much that I couldn't stop... I'll keep going until I can get zucchini." A very honest comment from the owner. Such natural responses are really enjoyable. I also felt that this shop's atmosphere and the owner's personality make it a place where women can visit alone with peace of mind. Therefore, thanks to the comfortable atmosphere of the shop and the wonderful customer base, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Yes, I was healed by the owner's natural character and the homely atmosphere at Sakana Naiya Anbai. I definitely want to visit again soon (≧∇≦)! Thank you for the meal!
