There is a select shop, Kusefuku Shoten, which is also at Diamor, located in Hankyu Sanbangai. They have been closed for a long time during the COVID-19 pandemic. I saw a sign saying that rice toppings were 20% off, so I went to check it out, but since my family eats rice with natto, we didn't really need it. However, since I had come all the way there and had walked a lot and worked up a sweat, I decided to treat myself to some gelato. I got a double scoop of pistachio and Wenzhou mandarin. Initially, I was only planning on getting a single scoop, but when I saw the prices, I thought the double scoop was a better deal, so I added it. The rich pistachio gelato was just as good as what you would find at a specialty shop. Gelato is really nice too.

I had a tofu donut as a snack. It's great that you can buy just one. It's cheap and low in calories, around 100 calories. The gentle, not too sweet taste is just to my liking.

While shopping, I came across a store I've always been curious about! Today was the perfect time to eat ( ノ^ω^)ノ While the previous customer was deciding, I thought about what to order ( ̄~ ̄;) When it was my turn, I ordered a Wenzhou mandarin for 380 yen in a cone!! Perhaps because Halloween is near, they also served a spoonful of pumpkin as a bonus ( ノ^ω^)ノ Yay~♪ The pumpkin was rich and creamy!! The Wenzhou mandarin was refreshing with the natural sweetness and acidity of mandarins (*´∀`*) However, the cone had a slightly heavy taste, so a gelato in a cup might be more suitable (*^ー゚) It was delicious (*´∀`*) Thank you for the meal (*´∀人)

A shop that offers unique items. It's a great place to find a gift when you don't want to bring sweets to a friend's house or as a small souvenir. There are many dashi shops these days, but the dashi here is delicious! You can also try a sample, so be sure to give it a taste. ☕

It's getting hot, isn't it? Hankyu Sanbangai has been renovated and Kyusei Fukushoten has opened! It's a shop that caught my eye from the front of the oven. It's a popular select shop with a wide variety of recommended Japanese ingredients from all over the country. When you peek into the store, you can also try samples, so you end up buying things without realizing it. I'm currently hooked on their gelato. My favorite is the "Kinako Black Sugar (with mochi)". The gentle and flavorful black sugar gelato with bits of mochi inside is delicious and chewy! It costs 380 yen for a single scoop. When I checked the photos again to write a review, I noticed that a double scoop costs 480 yen. It's a waste not to get the double scoop (laughs). I'll definitely get the double scoop next time! I have a feeling I'll be visiting this place often.

The other day, when I went to Umeda, I stopped by Kyusei Fukushoten. It's a great place for small gifts. They bring delicious items from all over the country and sell them in original simple containers. This time, I bought peanut butter and adult-style shakementai.

Dashi chazuke is a delicious dish where white rice is topped with 150cc of hot water, giving it the rich flavor of dashi made from katsuobushi from Yaizu and the taste of domestically grown wasabi stems. Mochi barley MIX63 is a blend of mochi barley (63%), black rice, quinoa, millet, and corn, which can be used not only for rice but also for salads and soups. When you cook 2 tablespoons of Mochi barley MIX63 with 1 cup of white rice, it turns into a red rice-like color and offers a variety of flavors when chewed. The three types of bone senbei, made from sardine, horse mackerel, and sand lance, are mixed with soy sauce and sesame, making them incredibly delicious. Once you try them, you might find it hard to stop eating. This review was posted on a blog. You can find the original article at: http://blog.livedoor.jp/steebe247/archives/52271937.html. In this video from 0:53 to 2:00, the flavorful dashi chazuke is introduced. Among the many videos showcasing products from Kyosei Fuku Shoten, this one really captures the deliciousness of the dish.

I'm not really interested in lucky bags, but if I can see what's inside and feel satisfied with it, then it's a good deal, right? So, in January, I bought a lucky bag from Kusefukushoten. I wasn't planning to buy it, but when I saw my friend buying one, I ended up lining up at the register too (laughs). It cost 2000 yen and the contents were versatile, including shichimi nanban, butter an, strawberry milk powder, and more. It's quite a good deal! I was always curious about Kusefukushoten's rice accompaniments, but they are a bit pricey for everyday use, so I thought it was a luxury. I'm happy to be able to try them out now. The shichimi nanban is just a regular nanban with a spicy kick of shichimi. It wasn't that impressive, but the right amount of spiciness made it go well with rice. My family really loved the an butter. They said it's great on bread, but they were especially excited about how delicious it was with vanilla ice cream! Personally, I was pleasantly surprised by the seaweed butter. I already love tsukudani seaweed, but the smooth richness of the butter added a burst of flavor. It's not too salty, in fact, I felt it was less salty compared to regular tsukudani seaweed. It goes well with rice, but when spread on toast with cheese and toasted, it's incredibly delicious! Although it's a bit pricey for me, I want to use it regularly. I will definitely go buy it again. Thank you for the delicious meal.
