I was curious about this place (*◕ᴗ◕*)♡ You check in on the first floor and head to the free space on the second floor. There, you'll find owls waiting for you (●︎´∀︎`●︎)・For 1,500 yen, you get a drink with the option to rest your arm on the owl. You can also have a meal on the second floor. I ordered orange juice and iced café au lait. You can pet the owls and sometimes watch the staff feed them. The owl's food may look gross, but I was totally fine with it (*´◡`*)♡♡ The friendly staff will explain everything to you. It's a cute and healing experience ( ♥︎ᴗ♥︎ )♡♡ There's no time limit, but it's best to check during busy times. They accept Suica, which is convenient.

I searched for a cafe that stays open late and stumbled upon "Fukurou Cafe Quill." It was a cafe with real owls! First, you pay on the first floor and order, then you go up a steep staircase to the second floor. In the cafe space, the drinks were brought to us by the staff. I was amazed to see the unexpectedly large owls there. They were so friendly and you could touch them, as they have been raised from a young age. You can even hold one on your arm. The white one was like Harry Potter, so cute! In the back room, there were small owls. They were so lovely, with heart-shaped faces. One owl, Kono-chan, was scared of its own droppings. Another owl, Don-chan, was so relaxed when being petted that I wanted to take him home. He had such a blissful expression on his face. Unlike the cat cafe I went to before, where the cats were hard to touch, the owls at this cafe were calm and I fell in love with them.

Owl Cafe! I found this place on Twitter when I was looking to meet different types of animals than usual. Since my friend is not really into animals (and I also can't eat around animals), I visited the cafe alone. The location was quite difficult to find, so I had to stare at the map to get there. When I arrived, the staff were busy with something in front of the shop, and they invited me in. I paid 1000 yen for just interacting with the owls, looked at some goods, and then went upstairs. However, there was no clear guidance on what to do next. It was my first time at an Owl Cafe, so it was really confusing. There was a staff member on the second floor, but they were busy with other customers and didn't provide much explanation. I wish they had explained the rules for touching the owls more clearly. I did hear that you should gently stroke their heads and only one person can hold a owl at a time. The owls were incredibly cute! There were many large owls like the Siberian Eagle Owl, Eurasian Eagle Owl, Snowy Owl, and more. I won't list them all, but there were many different types. Since I didn't order a drink, I left after admiring the owls. You can leave whenever you want since it's not a time-limited visit. The owls were in a small space and many of them seemed to flap their wings a lot, which made their feathers look a bit worn out. I personally prefer to visit places that take better care of the owls, so my rating is a bit low. But the owls themselves were really cute!

It's a soothing space that I'd like to stop by. A cafe where you can interact with owls and have a light lunch, I wanted to stay there forever.

The owls are very friendly, the food made by the manager is delicious, and all the staff members are friendly and nice people! I think I'm the number one customer at the Owl Cafe!
