I wanted to listen to nostalgic songs from the 70s and 80s, so I went to Café Acquiente in Kujo for the third time. This time, I visited for their morning menu. When I first came in February, I tried their panini breakfast for the first time. Today, I'm thinking of having a hot sandwich. When I asked the owner, she mentioned they also have a Japanese breakfast set, so I decided to have that. Coffee is not included in the set. The breakfast set includes two rice balls, rolled omelette, thick fried tofu, salad, natto, seasoned seaweed, and miso soup. The seasoned seaweed is wrapped around the rice balls, but I wasn't sure how to eat the natto, so I asked the owner. She said, "Some people eat it as it is." I see. As someone who started eating natto as an adult, I rarely eat it on its own. Not that I dislike it. Oh well, here goes. The rice balls, rolled omelette, thick fried tofu, and miso soup were all delicious. Only the taste of natto lingered in my mouth. "How's the coffee?" asked the owner. It was perfect, thank you. The blended coffee from Hagihara Coffee served in a Valentino cup. The coffee here is always delicious. I enjoyed listening to nostalgic songs by Candies and Agnes Chan while having a satisfying breakfast and coffee on a relaxing holiday morning. I'll definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal.

"Accogliente" has moved. It's now just a block away from Cine Nouveau, with a red tent and clear katakana signage. The menu focuses on coffee and sweets, all of which seem to be homemade. I had a bourbon on the rocks while enjoying the smoking-friendly atmosphere. The interior has a music bar vibe, with some impressive analog audio equipment. I couldn't resist trying the chocolate cake, which was clearly homemade and delicious. The set with a drink was reasonably priced at 750 yen. It's a great spot for a post-movie drink and a smoke. The move seems to have been a positive change.

I went to Cafe Accogliente after watching a movie at Cine Nouveau today. The cafe has moved a little further away from the theater. I had the Hot Sandwich Set [egg + hot coffee] for 780 yen. The cafe offers carefully handmade meals, popular curry and homemade hamburger sandwiches, homemade desserts, and freshly brewed coffee using hand drip. They have a variety of record albums displayed, and you can request to listen to your favorite songs. The food was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. I had a great time and will definitely visit again.

I found a cute café on Kujō Street. From a distance, I thought it might be a bakery or some kind of shop. There were lots of records lined up. The drip hot coffee they served was carefully made and delicious. The cups were beautiful.

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday morning. When I arrived around 8 o'clock, there was no one there yet, so I was able to calmly sit at a table. Inside, there were retro Showa era vinyl records displayed everywhere, and when I went, a record of Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi was playing! It was cool and stylish~♪ I ordered a set of hot sandwich and toast. While waiting, I enjoyed looking at the various records, it was a very fun time☆ Both dishes came with salad and were easy to eat and delicious. Just as I finished eating, Nagabuchi's record ended, and next was probably Carole King playing♪ I was able to enjoy both Japanese and Western songs from the 70s and 80s, my ears and stomach were very satisfied♪ I will definitely go again^ ^
