I was introduced to a gin bar in Minami-Morimachi called &GIN by @zukasama.maria. They have a variety of original gins, which was interesting! I visited during happy hour from 14:00 to 18:00, so I got a gin for only ¥550☺️ I tried the Rooibos & Passion Fruit and Butterfly Pea & Lemongrass gins. The gin was a bit bitter with a mint-like nose, which I found slightly challenging. However, when I mentioned this, they thoughtfully made a gin tailored to my taste. It was delicious☺️ I would love to visit here again! #AndGin #Gin #Bar #MinamiMorimachi #Tenma #TenmaDrinks #OriginalGin #ButterflyPea #HappyHour

At the first-floor counter seats, we enjoyed 4 glasses of original gin while snacking on cream cheese and crackers, all for 3,100 yen. The variety of gins available made it a fun experience. The cost performance is good, and the open kitchen provides a sense of openness. There are also about 25 table seats on the second floor, and even a third floor (under renovation), making it suitable for group use.

This shop, located just inside the Tenjinbashi Shopping Street from Minamimorimachi Station, has been renovated and reopened by Mikawa Base. The main menu has been changed to include craft-style dishes with a gin base. The menu seems to have been narrowed down compared to its previous izakaya style, and the Fish Fry with salsa sauce that I tried this time was delicious with a hint of cilantro. The presentation was also beautiful. I tried their signature Gin with tonic, which is an original blend with a refreshing taste, floral aroma, and spicy finish. The smoky finish at the end adds a whiskey-like touch. The food, while a bit pricey for a standing bar (there are counter seats available), is substantial and great for casual drinking. It seems like a good place to invite women as well.
