Shopping at Kaldi Coffee Farm in Otorio Phoenix. There are many rare imported ingredients lined up here, so it's fun just to look at them, isn't it? I love dipping fried chicken in chili sauce, it transforms the slightly sweet and punchy fried chicken into something delicious! And the Green Curry, also a product made in Thailand. When you go to Ario in Ofuna, this is a must-visit shop! It's open until 10 pm, so you can shop while enjoying a cup of coffee. In the summer, they sometimes serve iced coffee. I started going to Caldi because the coffee samples were so generous, and now I go there specifically for the coffee (sorry!). I've also bought a variety of spices and ingredients for cooking from the store. My husband, who loves Kin-Mugi beer, says the Euro Hops in the green can is even better than Kin-Mugi. The chili sauce is the same one I had at a delicious restaurant in Hawaii, so I immediately bought it when I found it at Caldi! There are plenty of interesting items at this favorite store of mine. I drink Jannat's fruit tea almost every day since I started cutting back on alcohol – it's delicious, so I recommend it!

Spice Factory - I'm totally hooked on adding a lot of herbs & black pepper to dill weed soup, "fine" udon, salads, etc. I've been buying from various stores and now I can't remember where I bought what, so I decided to keep a record. 1. Quantity/Price: 5g/174 yen 2. Country of origin: USA 3. Other: Although there was no specific organic labeling, I suddenly felt the urge for dill weed after a long time and found it at a store by chance. It had a refreshing, cool flavor. I'm so happy to enjoy dill weed and it makes me so happy!

The other day, I had a meal at a cafe with Middle Eastern spice nuts called Dukkah. I heard that they sell it at Kaldis, so I went to Ion Mall in Kitahanada and Ario in Ootori to buy some. They only had 2 in stock at each store, so I bought a total of 4. I immediately tried it on a special Tamago Kake Gohan (egg over rice) and it was delicious. It has an ethnic flavor and tastes amazing. I might be addicted to it! The stores I visited were Kaldis Coffee Farm in Ion Mall Sakai Kitahanada and Kaldis Coffee Farm in Ario Otori.

I recommend the blueberry yogurt sauce, it's really good! Right now, you can get twice the amount for 378 yen. They also have mango flavor. I was shopping with my mother when we saw another customer putting many of these in their basket, so we asked if it was delicious. They recommended it, and it really was tasty. I also bought orange marmalade for 410 yen, which was recommended online. It had a refreshing orange flavor with a hint of bitterness from the peel, different from the usual marmalade. Lastly, I tried the anmitsu for 128 yen, adding fruits and ice cream to make a cream anmitsu.

It's a problem because it's featured on Instagram and TV. It seems that the restock days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, so you have to consider the day of the week when purchasing. The carrot cake is delicious, but it crumbles and falls apart easily, so please enjoy it without spilling it on the plate. For me, Maritozzo is the best, canelé is second, and carrot cake is third. Next, I plan to buy a croissant.

I had been curious about the frozen sweets from Kaldi for a while. The canelé is a good deal at 180 yen for its size. I forgot to thaw it naturally overnight, so I microwaved it for 40 seconds. It came out hot and fluffy, with a slightly bitter rum aroma. It's quite delicious! Unlike regular canelés, this one is big enough for two servings. The cinnamon roll, priced at 258 yen, is perfect for a work snack. After thawing naturally, it seemed to have grown in size. The cinnamon cream on top is so tasty, but it's a shame when it sticks to the bag. You have to scrape it off while eating. This one roll is satisfying enough for lunch. The maritozzo has orange peel in the whipped cream, giving it a crunchy texture and a nice orange scent. The bread is also easy to eat and complements the cream well. All three sweets are delicious and satisfying in size.
