It has a mysterious atmosphere, but somehow feels calming. A cafe where you can eat starting from 500 yen, and they also offer takeout. It was quiet, with two customers already seated and two more coming in around 12pm on a weekday. The ordering and serving were quick. [What I had] Salamander Curry ¥500, Apple Juice ¥400. The pricing is a bit strange... (laughs) Not sure if the curry is cheap or the drinks are expensive (^_^;) But for the price, it's decent. I heard that the curry with mango is popular among women. However, I couldn't really taste the mango, it's a curry without much of a distinctive taste, so it's easy to eat. On the second floor where Hawaiian music plays, there are many photos that seem to be from a stage performance. I wondered who it could be, and it turns out this place is produced by a tango singer. The layout is like a food court, somewhat plain, so it might be more suitable for solo diners. If you're chatting with multiple people, it might be quite noisy. Even the sound of someone chewing at a distant table can be heard. If you're sensitive to noise, it might be best to avoid. Thank you for the meal.

Today's spam musubi (stem wakame? Salad soup with clam chowder choice, coffee hot choice. I'm not sure what's healthy about the 800 yen lunch, it feels unsatisfying for a healthy option. Spam musubi with nothing noteworthy, salad with nothing noteworthy, clam chowder with nothing noteworthy, coffee - thin, no aroma, no flavor, a triple threat of a cafe, right? Did they decorate the interior as a cafe? The second floor feels like a cafe at a school festival, I don't really understand. A panel photo of a woman, photos on a light blue wall with decals. Told to go to the second floor, was originally thinking of staying on the first floor at the counter, but it was good to go to the second floor. Constant chatter from the first floor, a mix of staff and female customers, coming in for shopping, just chatting away. In the middle, a male customer who seemed like a regular, saying it's been a while and that he always comes here, just chatting away. I won't say to be quiet, but I guess that's the kind of place it is, a cafe where people gather and chat. A coffee shop with bad coffee, on top of that, noisy and not calming, not at the level where you'd want to eat out.

During a weekday afternoon, I visited this place to pass the time before meeting up with a friend. I ordered an iced coffee for 550 yen. When it was served, I was surprised by its color, which resembled more of an iced tea. It had a very refreshing taste with hardly any acidity or bitterness. They also apparently serve curry dishes, so feel free to try them out as well.

In East Ginza, Ginza 2-chome, there is a cafe produced by tango singer Anzu Saeki, which opens at 10:00 AM. It's a great spot for breakfast or a quick bite before the first part of the Kabuki show at 11:00 AM. They offer dishes like Loco Moco, Poke Bowl, and Pancakes, but today I tried the Samarinda Curry for ¥500. It's a beef curry with mango, inspired by the city of Samarinda in Borneo, Indonesia. It's mild and doesn't feel homemade, but it's good for the price. I ended my meal with a coffee for ¥200. I would definitely visit again when I have some free time. Thank you for the meal!

First visit in December 2020 (No.2300). I visited this place to pass the time before the opening hours while having lunch in the Ginza area. The restaurant has 32 seats on the 1st and 2nd floors, and it was being run by two middle-aged ladies. They seemed to be having a conversation about getting some coffee soon. The menu photos looked more like someone who loves cooking rather than a professional chef starting a restaurant. The curry seemed affordable, but since it was before lunchtime, I only ordered a hot soy latte for 530 yen. Despite being located near Ginza 2-chome, which is close to Tsukiji, the pricing seemed a bit off, but the taste was decent enough. Thank you for the meal.

The curry is only 500 yen, which is very cheap. I got the Chicken Keema Curry with a mini salad and coffee for 800 yen! I wonder if it's run by a grandma? The staff looked like they were from grandma's generation. Inside the restaurant, there are pictures that seem to be related to Takarazuka (probably) and BGM playing. It's easy to forget that this is in the Ginza area... I wonder if men would feel uncomfortable coming here? I arrived just after 12 o'clock and was the first customer. The coffee in the set was too weak for my taste. Maybe next time I'll just get the curry on its own. The curry tasted like homemade, which was actually quite delicious.

It feels like a shop owned by a singer, maybe? The atmosphere inside the shop is like that, with CDs for sale as well. The normal curry here is only 400 yen, which is amazing! It's really cheap! I ordered mine with spam and a soft-boiled egg on top. It's rare to find spam in curry, so I'm happy about that. Check out my blog for more details.

I kept getting rejected at other restaurants, so I shamelessly ran into this one. I decided to order a single item since the lunch set only comes with coffee. I got the Keema curry for 400 yen. There are salads and desserts in the refrigerated case for 100 yen each. When I went upstairs, there was a poster of Anna Saeki, and the background music was playing. The curry was spicy but not too hot. The pricing is fantastic.

I had some business in Ginza so I decided to have lunch here even though it's a bit of a walk. It's lunchtime on a weekday. You pay on the first floor first, and I ordered the Spam rice bowl and iced coffee set that caught my eye in the reviews. I asked for less rice. While waiting on the second floor, the Spam rice bowl arrived shortly. The bowl was bigger than I expected so I'm glad I asked for less rice. The avocado and Spam were cut into large pieces, which I love, so I'm very happy. The presentation was beautiful. The taste was a bit sweet but it went well with both the avocado and Spam. They even provided a spoon and chopsticks, which was considerate. The iced coffee was surprisingly good for the set price of 200 yen, very refreshing. The interior had pictures of Anna, which I assume is the origin of the shop's name, and music playing. It seems like a place for fans to connect. There weren't too many customers coming and going, so I was able to enjoy my lunch leisurely. The food was delicious and it's a hidden gem. I definitely want to go back.

Ginza Anna Cafe is a cute two-story cafe with a Hawaiian vibe. I noticed their sign and decided to stop by for a cup of coffee. The interior wasn't too crowded, so I chose a seat on the second floor. They serve organic coffee grown in their own farm on the Big Island of Hawaii, which was fragrant and quite delicious. Although I didn't have a meal this time, the Spam rice bowl for 680 yen caught my eye and I might try it next time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

While wandering around near my company looking for a place to have lunch, I came across a restaurant with a sign that caught my eye. They were serving Avocado, Spam, and soft-boiled egg! The dish was beautifully arranged and looked delicious. I also ordered clam chowder to go with it. After paying at the counter, I went upstairs. I wonder if this is the restaurant owned by the tango singer Anna Saeki? I'm not familiar with her, but I read that she is quite famous. The Avocado Spam bowl recommended by Anna was really tasty!

I went for lunch on a weekday. I arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 pm, but the rice balls were sold out. It seems to be popular, and you can also make a reservation by phone in advance. This time, I ordered the Anna hot sandwich (tuna) for 300 yen and the minestrone soup for 300 yen. Since there are seats on the second floor as well, I went upstairs. There were about 5 customers in the restaurant. Since there was only one staff member working, I had to wait a bit for my order to be brought to me. The hot sandwich was delicious as usual, and the soup was very hearty and satisfying. The prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was relaxing, so I would like to visit again.

In Ginza 2-chome, there is a Hawaiian cafe located on a backstreet closer to Tsukiji than Higashi-Ginza. It is a two-story shop, but I had lunch at the counter on the first floor. They offer Hawaiian bowls for 680 yen and curry for 600 yen. A coffee set is available for 200 yen. I ordered the Spam bowl and coffee set. The Spam bowl looked beautiful with the green of sunny lettuce, light green of avocado, red of cherry tomatoes, white of half-cooked egg, and pink of Spam. The sauce was on the sweeter side, and the rice was warm. The coffee is said to be from Hawaii's F Mountain Coffee. It comes with a chocolate treat. The curry also comes with coffee. The quiet shop plays music with vocals by Anna Kyo.
