There was a special occasion, so we decided to treat ourselves to some cake at Chateraise! We ordered the strawberry-shaped cake and matcha tiramisu that caught our eye on Instagram. After dinner, we enjoyed them together. The "strawberry-shaped cake" was adorable with strawberry-shaped mousse and bits of strawberries inside. The balance of sweetness and tartness was just right. The "matcha tiramisu" had a perfect blend of creamy sweetness and a hint of bitter matcha. It also had beans at the bottom, adding a nice texture. The cream at the very bottom was incredibly delicious. ❤️

Hina doll cake part two. I bought a whole cake for my parents' house, it's a small 12cm one for about 2300 yen. This is my first time trying a Chateraise whipped cream cake, and it has a strong buttery taste! I can clearly taste the difference since I've been eating whipped cream cakes from other companies. Hmm... this whipped cream is... not quite to my liking. The candle on top gets a perfect score though! Thank you for the meal~
