Hello! This review is not about visiting a shop in Asakusa, but about purchasing a bento box at the basement of Tachikawa Isetan, so please understand that. I visited on a weekday afternoon. I had a meeting in Shinjuku, and on my way back by train, I decided to buy a lunch bento box at Isetan basement. I felt relieved to leave the crowded Shinjuku and arrive in Tachikawa. The basement of the department store! It's been a while. I arrived around 12:30 and started looking for a bento box. There were so many options, it was hard to choose. I wanted to take my time, but I had to eat quickly and return to work. So, I quickly decided to buy the following bento box: A5 Wagyu beef bento for ¥1080 with Asakusa sauce. It was my first time hearing about this shop, but it looked delicious. Apparently, they tour various department store basements. A clean and beautiful female staff member asked, "Do you have your own bag?" "Oh, right... I don't have one," said the man. It's true that the world has changed (*^_^*). Seeing the man's troubled face, the staff member said, "It's okay for men. Ideally, you should have one, but please take this!" and gave him a paper bag as a service. Thank you very much! I will enjoy the purchased bento box alone in the car! It's said to be A5 Wagyu beef, but as a non-gourmet man, I don't understand its greatness, but the fat content and seasoning were good and delicious. The meat was tender... The amount of rice was small, but it was just right for me today. There were two thick tamagoyaki slices. Simply delicious. The pickles and simmered dish were also tasty. Elegant seasoning. Ah, it was delicious! I had to go back immediately for work (*^^*). It was a shame I couldn't enjoy it slowly, but thanks to the kind and beautiful staff member, I was able to enjoy the lonely car lunch with a warm heart. Thank you! Thank you very much. Good job!
