STAR BOY
The first time I posted my review about Hoodeli, so please refer to it for details. This time, I will share my experience having lunch at the restaurant. First of all, there is a cute and grumpy cat that always hangs around the front of the shop. The cat, which was originally a stray, ended up staying at the shop due to various reasons, and despite its grumpy appearance, it is actually quite friendly and always makes me feel warm and fuzzy when I see it sleeping. As for the food, I ordered the signature dish, Roast Beef Donburi (set for 1380 yen). The beef was thick and had a good amount of marbling, which I personally prefer over lean cuts. The seasoning was simple and traditional, allowing the delicious flavor of the meat to shine through. The dish was so tasty that I finished it in no time. Even when I had it at Hoodeli, it was delicious, and the fact that you can order until 2 am in the morning is a big plus. The lunch may be a bit pricey at 1380 yen, but considering the satisfaction it brings, it actually feels quite reasonable. The soup was surprisingly delicious, and the salad, although not a standout, was a nice addition to the meal. What's more, the prices remain the same in the evening, which is quite a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and casual, with a world map-like decoration that adds a nice touch. The space may seem small at first glance, but there is actually plenty of room towards the back. Overall, Hoodeli is a great place to enjoy tasty food at a reasonable price, and the owner's friendly and welcoming personality adds to the charm of the place. With great food, good value, and a pleasant ambiance, Hoodeli is a highly recommended restaurant in the area.
