I tried the ricotta pancake with fresh banana and honeycomb butter, the spring onion pancake with gravlax salmon and dill, and a raspberry scone. Each dish was accompanied by a drink, and I chose a cappuccino. The scone was large and fluffy, the spring onion pancake had a crepe-like texture with a refreshing salmon topping, and the ricotta pancake was beautifully thick and delicious. I went there for lunch on a holiday and there were about 5 groups waiting in line. I waited for about 10 minutes before getting a table. It takes about 20 minutes to make the pancakes, but they are fluffy and the honey butter on top is delicious. I devoured the 3 pancakes and they were gone in no time.

I ordered the same salmon and poached egg plate that I had in Australia, the home country of the dish. It was a luxurious start to the day, not just in terms of taste but also in terms of enjoying the time. There were few Japanese customers, and many inbound tourists, so I didn't have to worry about being noticed by anyone. The foreign atmosphere somehow made me feel motivated, like a working vacation, even though I was on vacation, I ended up doing some work and surprisingly got a lot done. Haha.
