It is a restaurant review of a cheese sweets specialty shop called "Snow Cheese Daimaru Sapporo" in Hokkaido. The shop is supervised by a cheese factory in Hokkaido and is very popular, often selling out by mid-morning. They recently started selling a new limited-time sweet from October 4th to the end of November. To get your hands on it, you need to line up before 9 am. The new sweet is called "Snow Cheese Cake" and is limited to one per person. The shop is located in the basement of Daimaru Sapporo, directly connected to JR Sapporo Station. The review describes the process of getting a ticket, lining up, and finally enjoying the delicious cheese cake.

I received a rare snack that you have to line up to buy. I heard they lined up 90 minutes before the store opened to get it! They are all delicious, but the snack with cheese and holes in it was especially tasty! I would love to buy it myself when I go to Sapporo.

I found a souvenir that can only be bought in Hokkaido called Snow Cheese. People were lining up at Daimaru starting one hour before opening. There was a limit on the quantity but I didn't give up. The most popular one seems to be Snow White Cheese, but my favorite was the Gold Cheese. I was curious about cheese chocolate, but it wasn't too sweet, not too strong in cheese flavor, and incredibly delicious. Also, the cookies with a salty taste had a great texture and were delicious. I understood why there was a long line. If I have the chance, I would definitely line up again for this deliciousness. It was a great souvenir and the recipients were very happy. It also has a good shelf life! Thank you for the delicious food.

My sister bought me a souvenir that was very popular and she waited in line for about 1-1.5 hours to get it! It's like a combination of Langue de Chat and cheese. I'm usually not a fan of Langue de Chat, so I was surprised that people would line up for this. But since she went through the trouble of waiting in line for it, I decided to try it. Wow, it's actually delicious! The crispy and crumbly texture of the Langue de Chat combined with the sweetness is great. The cheese inside is also tasty. Now I understand why it's so popular. But waiting 1-1.5 hours may be a bit too much, haha.

Snow Cheese, a popular shop in Sapporo Daimaru basement. I suddenly felt like eating it after a long time, so I made my son wait in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The line starts on the 1st floor of Daimaru basement (to the right of Gâteau Festa Harada). He was the 9th person in line. The staff at the shop offered complimentary bottled water. When Daimaru opened at 10 am, he entered and received the menu via LINE. I found out that the price of Snow Gold has increased - 8 pieces for 831 yen to 1080 yen, and 16 pieces for 1555 yen to 2160 yen, with a 605 yen increase for the 16-piece pack. Not as cost-effective as before. Snow White and Edam prices remain the same. I purchased 2 boxes of Snow White (8 pieces for 1036 yen each) and 2 boxes of Snow Gold (8 pieces for 1080 yen each), totaling 4 boxes. I will enjoy them after returning home. They are delicious, with a crispy texture. Even in the summer, the cheese didn't melt on the way back. The popularity of Snow Cheese is still high, and they often sell out in the morning despite purchasing restrictions. It may be a bit of a challenge to get Snow Cheese, but if you are willing to wait for about an hour, you can definitely get it. Thank you, son, for waiting in line for me.

I received all kinds of products from an acquaintance. It seems that you still have to line up before the store opens to buy the products. On the left is a soft cheesecake, in the middle is a crunchy biscuit with cheese cream, and on the right is a cookie shaped like soft serve ice cream with cheese inside. Personally, I think the crunchy cookie in the middle is delicious! However, I wonder if it's worth lining up to buy them.

I always gave up on Snow Cheesecake because of the long lines. But on a holiday, I decided to line up before the store opened! I arrived at 8 o'clock and there was already one person waiting, so I became the second in line!! Even though I was second, I was sure I could buy one~ so I felt relieved. It was a hot day, so around 9:30, the staff gave out bottles of water to everyone waiting in line. I was grateful. I was able to line up in front of the store about 10 minutes before it opened, and at exactly 10 o'clock, they started selling to those at the front of the line. I was able to buy all three types of cheese~!! I personally liked the Snow Gold Cheese with a slightly crunchy texture. They were all delicious and I was very satisfied. I wouldn't mind lining up again to eat them! By the way, has the Cream & Edam cheese gotten smaller compared to the official website and photos from other reviews? Haha

A friend living in Sapporo highly recommended this confectionery. It can be found at Daimaru. It has a light texture, not too sweet cheese flavor, and is fluffy. It looks cute too! The box is also cute! Despite the long lines as usual, it is worth buying. When visiting Sapporo, this is an item I want to get my hands on. I also want to try other products.

I ended up buying it by chance. I arrived at Daimaru at 9:55 to buy Snowman. Daimaru was not open yet, and the receptionist was explaining in a voice that was barely audible, "If you are looking to buy Snowman, please go over there..." I thought I had to line up somewhere, so I walked a bit and saw people lining up, so I joined the end of the line. Without any doubt, I lined up, but it turned out to be the line for Snow Cheese, not Snowman. I realized this 30 minutes later. The loud Kansai person behind me also noticed that it was not the Snowman line and exclaimed, "What the heck?!" Honestly, it's confusing. I think it would be better to have clear signs. So, since I had lined up this far and it wasn't what I was looking for, I decided to buy it as a memento. Snow Cheese is famous, isn't it? In the end, I was able to purchase it 1 hour and 10 minutes after lining up. The last time I lined up this much was when I bought Dragon Quest in my student days. The most popular one is "Snow White Cheese," a cheese chocolate cookie with a fragrant and crispy texture. It wraps the crispy chocolate in a soft dough. "Snow Gold Cheese" has a firm sablé base. The cheese chocolate is thick, giving it a satisfying texture. "Cream & Edam" is just the right amount of richness, which I personally enjoyed. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

Arrived at 10:10 am on a Sunday morning in June, as expected there was a line. Since the store was already open, the line moved quickly. After about 15 minutes, the Snow White 5-piece set was sold out, followed by the Snow Gold 16-piece set. Managed to purchase around 11 am. For those aiming for a specific quantity, it's better to line up around 9:30 am. As for the taste, it was just okay. It was delicious, but not as amazing as expected. I personally prefer Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory's products. The packaging is cute, and the exclusivity of only being able to purchase here might make it a good souvenir, but I probably won't visit again.
