I play at Ibaraki International Golf Club several times a month. The restaurant here is really delicious and the atmosphere is great. It's perfect for hanging out with friends or for reflecting alone after playing. I feel like I've been going there three times a day more often now - for breakfast, lunch, and dessert. However, I made a terrible mistake (⁠・⁠o⁠・⁠;) I accidentally deleted the photos of the breakfast and lunch. For breakfast, I usually have a set with hot coffee, toast, and a boiled egg for 660 yen (tax included). For lunch, I have a set with tempura soba and inari sushi for 1980 yen (tax included). Even though I don't have photos, I think the taste lives up to the name of GRAND PGM. The photo is of "shaved ice" after finishing playing. It's not on the regular menu, but they sometimes make it with possible combinations. The ice has a fluffy texture that melts in your mouth. I had peach syrup with condensed milk for 550 yen (tax included), and even though it didn't have fruit chunks, it was delicious and affordable! After struggling with the sweltering heat during today's play, the deliciousness of the peach shaved ice and the relaxation of the club are a refreshing break.

The second round of summer vacation was at the Grand PGM Ibaraki International Country Club, where I finally got to play my first round! As expected of a grand course, it was luxurious with a main shop featuring Beams Golf that tempted my shopping desires. I arrived a bit early and enjoyed a light breakfast while overlooking Osaka. Despite Typhoon 7 approaching, there was no rain, so we had a half lunch. Since I had breakfast, I ordered a hamburger, which was quite substantial and delicious, fitting for a grand course restaurant burger. The back nine was windy due to the typhoon, but luckily it didn't rain. I hope to play another round around November.

Today I played golf at Ibaraki International. The weather was great, but there was a rain band stretching out, so it could start pouring at any moment. The humidity was really high when we started playing. I had tempura soba and ginger pork for lunch. It was hot, so I debated getting cold noodles, but the soba with a nice texture was delicious. Just as we were on the last two holes, a thunderstorm hit. We took shelter in a hut for about 20 minutes and then resumed playing after having a beer. The greens here were challenging in many ways, making it a fun experience. Thank you for the meal!

Chen Jianyi's tantanmen. The tantanmen is exceptionally delicious. Chen Jianyi's tantanmen and mapo tofu are truly shockingly delicious and are my favorite. He has been active as a cooking iron man for a long time and is also known as a golf enthusiast. It is rare to find in Osaka, so it is grateful to be able to eat it at PGM Group. The panoramic view of the entire city of Osaka is also amazing!

On a regular day, I went golfing with friends after matching our schedules. It's a very convenient location, only about 30 minutes from Osaka city without using the highway. I ordered the garlic steak pilaf for an additional 495 yen (including green fee and specified lunch). The steak was delicious and satisfying, with garlic chips and sauce served separately for adjusting the flavor. The lunch was tasty and fulfilling. The course itself was challenging, especially the undulating greens which made it difficult even after reaching the green.

I chose the pork ginger set meal for May's golf course lunch. As usual, I asked for a small portion of rice. The ginger pork was satisfying with 5 slices. The side dishes included potato salad, cabbage, cucumber, and tomato. It also came with a small side dish, rice, and miso soup.

First time playing this course. Had a lot of fun. The restaurant seemed to have outdoor seating available on the terrace. It's nice to eat outside this season, it feels like a different atmosphere from a typical golf course restaurant. I stuck to my usual choice of soba noodles (laughs). There was a pickled plum included, and I was surprised to find an eel tempura on top. It had a strong smell and I couldn't eat it (cry). I prefer shrimp tempura. Yeah. The soba noodles were average. Lots of seaweed. My friend ordered the most popular menu item here. It was steak on top of fried rice on a hot plate! Lots of garlic. It was a huge portion. It was a great golf course. I'd like to go back if I have the chance.

Golf at Ibaraki Kokusai Golf Club in March. The food here is always delicious, so I always look forward to it. Based on the recommendation of the people I played with, I chose the tempura rice bowl. The tempura was crispy and hot, with 2 shrimp, flounder, eggplant, pumpkin, and a satisfying portion. After the meal, I enjoyed a hot coffee. Thank you for the meal.

I played golf in February at the usual Ibaraki Kokusai course. For lunch, I had the Kansai-style Oden set meal for 1540 yen. This time, I chose the regular size for the rice. The Oden ingredients included daikon radish, egg, beef tendon, fish cake, konjac, tofu, fried tofu, fish cake with burdock root, and kelp. It came with a side dish, rice, and pickles. I finished it all.

Stone-grilled Mapo Tofu for 1760 yen. This Mapo Tofu uses a whole block of tofu. By using a stone pot, it stays warm until the end. Comes with rice, soup, and pickled vegetables, and an apron. It was a cold day, but it warmed me up!

On New Year's Eve, I went to Ibaraki International Golf Club for my final round of golf for the year. As usual, my score was nothing to brag about, but I was looking forward to the golf course lunch. Since it was the end of the year, the menu was quite limited. It was like a choice between ramen, Japanese cuisine, or curry. Not feeling like ramen or curry, I opted for the ☆ Satoyama Bento. It included grilled fish, tempura, mapo tofu, pickled vegetables, fish cake, rice, miso soup, and pickles. The tempura shrimp was small but delicious.

I have been visiting Ibaraki Kokusai Clubhouse quite often recently, and both the clubhouse and restaurant have a lovely atmosphere and are very clean. The view from the restaurant is also amazing. Despite the current situation with the coronavirus, it was not too hot, so this time we decided to dine on the terrace. We had a bento box this time, and it was delicious.

I rarely come to Ibaraki International because the hurdle is quite high. I changed my plan for steak pilaf today because I worked hard in the first half. I ordered a healthy mountain-side bento instead! The variety of dishes was abundant and I was very satisfied!! The teriyaki fish was tender, elegant, and had a rich flavor that I really liked~ Oh! The view from the terrace seat was amazing!! I forgot to take a photo (tears)
