They're always frying fresh croquettes in the back of the shop, so even if there's a line, you'll be able to buy them quickly. Today, I bought four for dinner: Croquette x 1 (90 yen), Upper Pork Cutlet x 1 (580 yen), Upper Tonkatsu x 1 (380 yen), and Minced Cutlet x 1 (150 yen). The best one was the croquette. It reminded me of my childhood, when I would always get one from the butcher at the public market and eat it while burning my mouth on the hot paper wrapping. The Upper Tonkatsu had a sweet and delicious fatty taste, while the Upper Pork Cutlet had a flavor similar to a Wiener Schnitzel, but I'd call it a "Tenji Schnitzel." The Minced Cutlet was juicy. I finished them all by myself, but I wish I had bought a few more croquettes.
