Bronze Award-winning restaurant at the Beef Bao Food Log Awards 2021 in Osaka, boasting Japan's finest members-only meat cuisine. Reservations are by appointment only and membership is required, making it a hidden gem frequented by celebrities. I was able to visit today thanks to an invitation from a regular customer. Thank you very much. The restaurant is only open for dinner. It is about a 5-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station. The interior has counter seating only. The menu consists of a single chef's choice course. They specialize in using A5-grade Matsusaka beef, known for its highest quality. The unique cutting method and aging process create beautifully shaped slices that are a sight to behold. All cuts are done by hand, preserving the natural aroma of the meat. The combination with matsutake mushrooms in today's course was impressive. When a large amount of matsutake mushrooms was served, I was amazed. Normally, only a small portion is used, but here they use all of it. It's a luxurious experience to enjoy such high-quality matsutake mushrooms to the fullest. The price is reasonable considering the quality and quantity. The tempura matsutake, and sukiyaki where the meat is buried in matsutake, were unreal scenes. This boldness is surely a key to their popularity. While the price is high, you can truly enjoy the best meat dishes and ingredients here. There are many meat specialty restaurants, but this is undoubtedly the best. The friendly chef and hostess provide a warm and enjoyable dining experience. This is a wonderful meat cuisine restaurant that is worth visiting at least once. Thank you for the meal.

Tonight was my second visit to Matsutake no Gyuhou. It's a great restaurant. I felt nervous this time. The restaurant was full, with the sound of expensive wine glasses clinking all around. I had both white and red wine, but I was too nervous to remember to take photos. The food was amazing - just look at the pictures. The aroma of matsutake mushrooms filled the restaurant, it was incredible. Everything about this place is amazing. The food was delicious. On the way out, the hostess and the chef kindly saw me off and gave me a souvenir, which finally helped me relax. This place must be one of the best for meat dishes. It was a great experience tonight.

Fujisaki Mariko's mom took me to "Gyuhou," a restaurant with difficult reservations, so I was happy to finally visit. The Taberogu Awad 2022 bronze award-winning restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station, making it easily accessible. On this day, we were seated at the counter, where we could watch the chef cook and slice the meat right in front of us, adding to the lively atmosphere. The marbled beef looked beautiful and was cut thick, using only the best cuts. It was tender and had a sweet flavor that spread in your mouth. The yukhoe they served was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Personally, I also enjoyed the curry rice at the end! Each dish showcased the chef's dedication and the luxurious selection of meats was truly impressive. As a side note, I had been to Gyuhou once before and coincidentally ran into Mariko's mom then too! It was a memorable encounter, as she was opening a bottle of Romanée-Conti at the time. While Gyuhou may seem pricey, it is definitely worth a visit! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I went to the exclusive restaurant Gyuho in Osaka. They don't accept walk-ins and require a referral for the first visit. Even if the owner forgets, reservations are not allowed. This is a famous restaurant where celebrities visit incognito and it has one Michelin star. It operates on a referral-only basis, so you need to be introduced by someone to enter the restaurant. Inside, there is a counter in the shape of a "コ" where you can see the chefs cooking, creating a sense of presence. The quality of the meat they serve is top-notch, but what surprised me the most was the amount of trimming. There is more trimming than actual meat, probably more than half. The chef explained that the truly delicious parts are just this much. The meat itself is full of flavor, has a lingering taste, and I really enjoyed it. They also trim the liver significantly, making it the most delicious liver I've ever had. The masterpiece of grilling Matsusaka beef chunks in a hearth with the chef's skills has a unique, moist and tender texture that brings out the flavor of the meat, and it was delicious. I was able to heal my body with this delicious meal. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

The impression is different from Kawamura, but the customers here are not the type to complain about the payment amount, they value enjoying the ultimate luxury gourmet experience. To be honest, the beef used is of decent quality, but it doesn't reach the top level like Ara Kawa, Miyoshi, or Kuishinbo Yamanaka in Kansai. However, the process of trimming the meat luxuriously right in front of you, the persuasive stories of the owner, and above all, the exquisite seasoning of each dish are truly impressive. Everything you eat is incredibly delicious. Regardless of the price, you can truly enjoy a wonderful time indulging in luxury. These are the reasons why it gives off a similar impression to Kawamura. The menu for the day included fillet, triangle belly, harami (seared on the surface and shaved off), fillet sushi, hair crab gratin, fillet tempura, fillet steak, sirloin roast beef, and sirloin rice. I was captivated by the precise seasoning and the owner's hospitality, more than the quality of the meat or aging.

Niu Bao. A restaurant that I probably would never have gone to if my boss hadn't taken me. The head chef's stories were also interesting. The meat was the most delicious I've ever had. It's a Michelin-starred restaurant and they only serve the best parts of Matsusaka beef, so it's only natural. The way they sliced the meat was impressive. I was worried if they were going to throw away the trimmings, but in the end, they gave me a gift of something like tsukudani, so I understood what they were going to do with it. I didn't ask how much the bill was, and I don't care how other people spend their money, but I don't want my mom to get mad at me, so I'll stop there. I was taken to the very famous yakiniku restaurant Gyuhou in Kitashinchi. The meal was all prepared by the other person, so everything was fresh and enjoyable.
