I happened to pass by and decided to go in. When we entered, the place was almost full, but we were told we could sit at the counter right away. The people inside seemed to be a group, and after waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes, we were able to move to a table. Normally when you think of ramen, it's tonkotsu (pork bone broth), but this place seems to specialize in agodashi ramen. I had the Wagyu shabu-shabu ramen (1200 yen), which was light and very delicious! The noodles were different from the typical Hakata tonkotsu ramen noodles, being thinner, but very tasty. My friend had the pork foot soup ramen (900 yen), which is apparently limited in quantity but we were able to order it without any issues. It had a light pork bone flavor, and even older individuals would find it easy to eat. They also offer extra noodle servings, but we didn't get any. The liver sashimi, senpoko, and chijimi were all delicious, as well as the mini rice bowl which was surprisingly filling! It's not visible in the photos, but there was a thin fried egg underneath the meat. I was unsure about the chijimi, but they said we could take it home for an additional fee, so we ordered it. As expected, we couldn't finish it all and ended up taking it home. It was still delicious even when cold. The toilet was clean, with a unisex one available. They provided cotton swabs. I needed to charge my phone, and they kindly lent me an outlet. I actually forgot my charger in the restaurant, but after leaving, a female staff member ran after me and returned it! Thank you so much! Next time, I want to come back to try their signature dish, the agodashi ramen.
