I used it at the Orix Giants game on 6/8. Salad, potato salad, curry, takoyaki, okonomiyaki-style rolled omelette, potatoes, fried chicken, ramen, yakisoba, free drinks. Plus 3000 yen for all-you-can-drink, beer pitcher for 2800 yen, etc. Well, the main thing is baseball, and if you think of it as a 3000 yen all-you-can-eat, it's okay to pay around 7500 yen. In reality, I ate all I could for 3 hours and my stomach was full. As for the game, there was a grand slam home run in the 10th inning, and Walker hit a two-run homer, making it 6-0.

Watching a baseball game here may be one of the best choices. I went with a friend who came back during Golden Week to indulge a little. The buffet and drink bar are the same as other chains. Before the game, the net is in place to prevent balls from coming in, but as the game gets closer to starting, the net drops and you can watch the game directly. There are no blind spots in the foul zone. The area right below the fence is a blind spot.

On the light side of the Kyocera Dome, there are usually seats where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink buffet. However, due to COVID-19, the buffet has been replaced with individually packaged dishes and no alcohol is served. The quality of the food is quite good, even compared to Tokyo Dome. The roast beef was especially delicious. However, watching baseball may be a bit difficult from these seats.

I watched the Kansai Classic 2017 at the Star Diner located right below the light outfield seats on the 2nd floor of Kyocera Dome Osaka. This year, the Orix Buffaloes were wearing the retro uniform of the Nankai Hawks and facing off against the Hanshin Tigers. I brought a retro uniform of the Nankai Hawks to the game, but when I saw the nostalgic Nankai uniform designed by Taro Okamoto, I couldn't resist buying it on impulse (laughs). Then I changed into it at the Star Diner and watched the game. I have used this place many times, so once I put my belongings on the seat, I quickly went to get some food. The food is buffet style, with curry, omurice, pasta, pizza, fried chicken, french fries, shumai, cabbage rolls, salad, ice cream, cake, and more available in various genres (I don't remember all of them). I only took my favorite items, so my plate turned brown, but when taking photos, I tried to include some salad (laughs). Alcohol was available for all-you-can-drink for 2000 yen, but it's worth it if you drink more than 4 drinks. It's nice that even Asahi Super Dry Frozen is included in the all-you-can-drink option. Even if you take the same food, you can get tired of it, so I tried different things like putting curry sauce on fried chicken or sauce on fried potatoes and cabbage rolls. Thanks to that, I made four rounds of all the food (laughs). You can watch the game from the table seats, but you can also feel the excitement by going out to the balcony. Watching the game with a beer in hand on the balcony, a home run by Hawks' Fukuda player for the lead came flying towards me! I tried to catch it with my bare hands since it was so close, but it bounced off the floor and back onto the field... (・∀・) I regret forgetting my glove today of all days (>_<) I go to the Star Diner 2-3 times during the season, so next time, I must remember to bring it!

I usually watch baseball games from the infield or outfield free seating areas, but this time we decided to watch from the 2nd floor restaurant "Star Diner" because we had a large group. To enter this restaurant, you cannot use the regular 3rd floor entrance gate. Instead, you need to go through the 2nd floor merchandise shop and keep going further inside. The seating inside the restaurant includes tables for 2, 4, 6, and 12 people. It is important to note that you need to purchase tickets online in advance to enter the restaurant. This time, we had a Table4, which is a table for 4 people. The tables are next to glass windows, and there is a balcony outside where you can freely go in and out. The location is below the right field outfield free seating area, so there were many Buffaloes fans, but I chose to wear the yellow jersey I got at the Hawks festival. There weren't many passionate fans, most people were enjoying the game while having a meal, so it seems fine to wear the visiting team's jersey. As for the food, they offer a wide range of dishes from curry rice, pickled vegetable pilaf, pizza, spaghetti, fried chicken, shumai, yakisoba, edamame, etc. It's all self-service, and from 1 hour before the game starts until the end of the 7th inning, it's all-you-can-eat with free soft drinks. Ice cream is also all-you-can-eat, so be careful not to overeat. Alcohol is not included in the all-you-can-drink service, so you need to purchase it at the counter in the back. Beer is 500 yen, similar to the size sold at the stadium's concession stands. There are also pitchers available, which might be better for groups. The food is not amazingly delicious, but it tastes good in the atmosphere (laughs). It's interesting to watch the game from a different place than the usual stands. I might come back next season!

This year's Pacific League Climax Series was exciting, and this restaurant where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat while watching baseball is a space where not only professional baseball fans, but also people of various ages (including families and children) can relax together. I watched one day game and one night game this time. On game days, purchasing a ticket for all seats is required, but the open deck in the outfield without nets, with security guards, has a very immersive atmosphere. I entered the venue from the practice time and could feel the atmosphere of the players before the game. I definitely want to watch the game in this space next season. Before that, maybe I'll bring my family again next month for the adult baseball game.

This is a restaurant located in the second floor restaurant area of Kyocera Dome Osaka. From the seats in this restaurant, you can watch the game with a view directly below, unlike the outfield free seats on the third floor where you can't see the defense directly below. You can also see the electronic scoreboard if you peek. Tickets are required to enter the restaurant, which can be purchased only on the team's website. Prices may vary for Giants games or Tigers games. There are private rooms for 4 people, private rooms for 10 people, and general seats, but the private rooms sell out quickly. Inside the restaurant, there are viewing and dining areas. Food and drinks other than beverages and fried pasta are not allowed in the viewing area. The food is served in a buffet style, with soft drinks included in the regular price. Alcoholic drinks like beer are sold separately. The buffet menu includes various dishes like tofu, eggplant stew, steamed pork, curry, Italian croquettes, salad, hamburg steak, sausages, fried potatoes, pasta, and more. Desserts include jelly, ice cream, and pancakes. The food is considered decent for a buffet. On the day of the visit, the writer watched the game with two colleagues, one a Giants fan and the other a reluctant Fighters fan. The game ended in a 3-0 defeat for the Orix Buffaloes against the Yomiuri Giants, with pitcher Sazaki throwing a shutout. The manager, Moriwaki, was reportedly upset after the game. The team struggled with fixing the left fielder position and lacked a reliable left-handed relief pitcher. The review also mentioned specific player weaknesses and recommendations for improvement.

Located under the light stand in Kyocera Dome, this restaurant offers a buffet and all-you-can-drink soft drinks for 4000 yen, including the entrance ticket, making it cheaper than regular seating. For an additional 2000 yen, you can also have all-you-can-drink alcohol. The food selection is plentiful but the taste is just average. Unfortunately, there is always a long line for alcohol refills. It's worth noting that the all-you-can-drink option ends after 7 refills, which could lead to complaints depending on the game. As for the baseball game itself, it was a mediocre match as it was already a game with no playoff implications at this time of year. Hopefully, next year the team will step up and play exciting games until September. Go Orix!
