This time, let's check out 'Dore'. This shop specializes in sweets using peanuts from Yachimata, Chiba Prefecture, and is a highlight on this floor, especially for peanut lovers like myself. They had financiers, sables, peanut butter, and more, but this time I purchased financiers. (I also received a sable as a bonus.) - Doré Financier 5 pieces for 1188 yen: A very luxurious financier made with peanuts from Yachimata. Peanut paste, browned butter, and almond powder are added to the dough, which is then baked moistly. With diced peanuts as an accent, you can fully enjoy the sweetness and fragrance of peanuts. - Doré Sable (bonus): A cute peanut-shaped sable made with peanuts from Yachimata. Peanut dice are combined with butter to create a crispy sable. You can enjoy the sweetness and fragrance of peanuts luxuriously in the gentle melting sable. I tried them at home immediately. Black honey kinako sundae ¥880 This is a shop that has peanut snacks on display. I love black honey kinako so much that I couldn't help but make an impulse purchase ＼(^^)／ The soft serve on top is just vanilla, but the sundae includes black honey kinako, crunchy peanuts, firm white chocolate, sablé, and financiers. Looking at it, it seems like it would be too sweet, but when I tried it, the amount of black honey was moderate so it wasn't overly sweet and was easy to eat. The crunchy peanuts were generously scattered throughout, which made me happy. Even the financiers had crunchy peanuts in them and were delicious! It had a simple yet light and fluffy texture that I enjoyed. The bottom layer was lined with crushed waffle cones. Overall, it was delicious but in terms of portion size, I felt like 880 yen was a bit expensive...

This is the first sweets shop on the Hyogo tour. I chose the "Sunday (¥880)". If I pretend to understand, the nuts are different! The nuts are strong and fragrant, with a good texture. The soft serve is normal, maybe a bit sweet and creamy. It also has white chocolate, crushed nuts, strawberry jelly, chocolate, financiers, cookies, and more. The financier is normal, but it's hard to taste with all the ice cream around (laughs). The sable is crispy. It's slightly milky, maybe because of the ice cream (laughs). The bottom layer is not flakes, but gaufrettes. It has a Kobe vibe. The chocolate is good with the nuts. Overall, it's delicious but a bit too much going on. Just strawberries and nuts would be good enough. On a holiday evening, it's not crowded to buy, but sharing tables with other shops makes it a bit nerve-wracking.

I visited the Hankyu Umeda store to try the limited-time butter sandwich before its official opening. There was a long line of over 150 people waiting before the store opened. After the store opened, I headed to the basement floor where there was a huge line for Échiré with 40-50 people. I decided to try another shop which had no customers at that time. I ordered the Dore butter sandwich and Dore soft serve ice cream. The butter sandwich was small but delicious with a crunchy texture from peanuts and smooth peanut butter cream. The soft serve ice cream was rich and topped with peanuts and chocolate. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Umeda!! Osaka only!!! Peanut sweets specialty store Dore-san☆ A new brand to watch, with only one store nationwide. They use peanuts from Yachiyo to make a very luxurious financiers. The moist texture and the sweetness and aroma of peanuts are irresistible. 5 pieces for ¥1,188, 10 pieces for ¥2,376. It is a great gift idea. Next time, I will try their delicious peanut soft serve ice cream.

Umeda Hankyu Department Store B2F "Dore". I haven't tried their soft serve ice cream yet, but after seeing some delicious-looking posts, I decided to go there last weekend. The Dore Soft Serve Ice Cream costs 495 yen including tax and you can choose between a cone or a cup, but I highly recommend the cone! Because the inside of the cone is generously coated with crushed peanuts. The soft serve ice cream itself is somewhat light. The peanuts are fragrant and delicious. The top of the soft serve ice cream has yellow peanut cream and crushed peanuts. As you get to the bottom of the cone, there are plenty of crushed peanuts inside. Every bite of the cone is filled with peanuts and it's delicious. After eating, my throat gets a little dry, so I refresh with cold water from my own water bottle. Since last year, I've been putting ice water in my water bottle. Cold water doesn't stain clothes even if it drips on them, and the inside of the water bottle stays clean! No tea stains, so easy and convenient. Starting this year, we've stopped making barley tea at home and switched to cold water in the fridge!

After lunch, I stopped by because there was space available in the eat-in area. I ordered a soft serve ice cream cone called Dore Soft Cream Cone for 495 yen including tax. It was bigger than I expected and very enjoyable to eat. I think this is the first time I've tried Peanut Chocolat flavor, but there were plenty of peanuts and chocolate on the surface of the soft serve as well as inside the cone, so I could enjoy it deliciously until the end without getting tired of it. I think it's quite a good deal for this price!!

I went to Hankyu Umeda department store basement to buy the peanut chiffon cake that I originally bought when it first opened, but it seems like it was limited edition. Now they only have the peanut burger (it's September). The peanut burger looked delicious so I had to buy it. The peanut butter burger was as expected, with lots of peanut cream that gets all over your mouth. On the other hand, the butter one was elegant and smooth. I spread it generously on toast or rolls and enjoyed it. It's freshly squeezed so it only lasts about a week, but it was so delicious!

I received a selection of Dore's bestsellers (^^) It was a set of financiers and sables. The financiers were moist with a subtle hint of peanuts, but my favorite was the sable. You can directly taste the deliciousness of peanuts, so I recommend it. Dore's peanuts make you feel the dedication to peanuts, which is great! Peanuts are eaten all over the world, but... This is Peanut Shop Dore-san, a shop that opened on March 31st in the underground 2nd floor of Hankyu Umeda. I thought the underground 2nd floor of Hankyu Umeda was just a deli section, but there is also a shop like this here. There are four shops inside selling soft serve ice cream, and you can enjoy it in the eating area. I was curious about the red bean paste soft serve from "Kyuraku Seianjo" that I bought dorayaki from before, but I was drawn to the peanuts in Dore-san's soft serve. The Dore Soft Serve (495 yen) has crushed peanuts on top of a mildly sweet milk soft serve. Peanut sauce is also drizzled on top, giving it a nice nutty flavor. It was surprisingly light in taste, so I think a richer milk soft serve would complement the nuttiness better. In the underground 2nd floor, there is also an eating area where you can enjoy wine and craft beer, so exploring around can be quite fun.
