The Grand Front finally opened. It's really crowded. There are famous restaurants from all over the country on the dining floor. Among them, the highlight is this Kindai tuna, isn't it? Completely farmed tuna is quite impressive. Even if the tuna catch decreases, with this farming technology improving, maybe it will become even more popular in the future? I dream of that, but the people in line were saying, "It's farmed so it can't beat natural in taste." But when I tried it, personally I couldn't tell the difference between farmed and natural. Because this Kindai tuna has an amazingly rich flavor and no fishy smell. To be honest, it's not that it's delicious because it's natural, but rather, even if it's natural, if the processing or storage is bad, or if the fat content is low, even a small tuna can be served and called tuna. In that sense, this Kindai tuna has a stable quality and is delicious, so there's no problem at all.

I visited the Kinki University Fisheries Research Institute, a famous restaurant known for its Kinki University tuna, at Grand Front Osaka for lunch after a long time. I ordered the affordable lunch set for ¥1300 using the touch panel. I added the Kinki University sashimi, Kama-yaki, Kinki University tuna (¥700) for a total of ¥2000. I also ordered the Kama-yaki, Kinki University yellowtail (¥400) for a total of ¥1700. It was delicious!

I often visit Gran Front, but this was my first time. I dropped by on a Saturday night without a reservation, and luckily got a beautiful semi-private room. The sashimi was delicious as expected! The menu had fewer items than I expected, but overall I was quite satisfied with this visit.

I had always wanted to visit this restaurant. I heard that it was always crowded, so I arrived almost right after it opened on a weekday. I was able to get in without a reservation. The place was clean and the service was polite, which made me feel a bit nervous. I ordered the Kintai Seafood Chirashi, and the tuna was rich and flavorful! The other fish (such as yellowtail) were also rich and fresh. The sushi rice was firm and had a good balance of vinegar. This was the first time I had such delicious tuna in Kansai! It's definitely worth going all the way to Osaka. I would like to visit again when I stop by Umeda next time.

I went to the Yoshi-Zushi restaurant with my boyfriend after visiting the Togashi Exhibition, and we were both in high spirits! We decided to have lunch because we were not as knowledgeable about Reizen as we would have liked. We went to a sashimi restaurant that uses tuna cultivated at Kindai University. According to my boyfriend, if the corners of the tuna are standing up, it means it is very fresh. The tuna was super fresh and delicious, with a nice texture. We were also happy that we could get unlimited refills of rice and miso soup. If we have the chance to visit Grand Front again, we will definitely come back to eat here.

My niece, who cannot eat meat, and I had lunch during summer vacation at Granfront Osaka, North Building 6th floor. The place is quite spacious, so we had trouble deciding where to eat, but since it is a famous restaurant, we were able to find it easily by asking around. We made a reservation a few days in advance, so there was no waiting time. I recommend making a reservation online. When I mentioned my niece's dietary restrictions when making the reservation, they were able to accommodate us, which was very impressive. The lighting on the 6th floor is dim, giving it an atmosphere where you feel like having alcohol even during lunchtime. I chose a plum wine on the rocks for my one drink. Lunch for a high school student at 3800 yen may seem luxurious, but it was worth it for the high-quality sushi that is not often eaten. The Hanakago (flower basket) dish was subtly flavored and elegant, and the nigiri sushi was undeniably delicious. The restaurant has an open layout with no walls, and the staff's customer service is excellent. We were able to settle the bill at our table. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited at 7:30 pm. I heard that Kinki University uses unique technology, but I didn't feel that the quality was any different, especially in terms of cost performance. In fact, everything other than the tuna seemed like regular seafood and was quite expensive. I ended up choosing the course for 3,800 yen that was available on the day. The drinks were ordered separately and took a long time to arrive. Overall, it was a bit disappointing.

We were a group of four and found the table a bit small, which made us feel cramped. We also felt that the food was served too quickly, leaving us with no space on the table. The cost performance is decent. The parking lot is conveniently located underground, but the parking fee is a bit high. It would be more user-friendly if the parking service was improved.

I had a set meal of a bowl costing around 3,000 yen for lunch. It was very flavorful and delicious with plenty of fat. I was also drinking alcohol, not realizing that there was a closing time before dinner service. I ended up ordering multiple drinks and causing inconvenience. For those who drink during lunch, please be careful. There were no side dishes, so I recommend it purely for lunch.

I wanted to try the famous "Kinta Maguro" (nearby tuna) once, so I visited the restaurant for the first time on a weekday afternoon just after 5 pm. The restaurant had just opened and there were no other customers. When asked if I had a reservation, I said no and was seated at a small table for two, surrounded by reserved tables. I was told to order one dish at a time because the table was small. I ordered Kinta Maguro rare cutlet (1,500 yen), Kinta Maguro seared sushi roll (1,800 yen), Kinta Maguro and avocado bruschetta (700 yen), draft beer (680 yen), green tea (500 yen), and appetizers (650 yen x2). The draft beer had too much foam, the Kinta Maguro rare cutlet was tasty but small, the Kinta Maguro and avocado bruschetta was delicious, and the Kinta Maguro seared sushi roll was too big and didn't have a unique taste. Overall, I didn't feel the special taste of the Kinta Maguro and it seemed like just an ordinary tuna. Maybe it's just my unrefined palate, but considering the service as well, I think I'm done with this place.

The sashimi platter consisted of all farmed fish from Kindai University. It was nice to be able to see fish descriptions on a tablet and place orders through it. The service was quick, which was helpful as I was short on time that day. Many dishes featured local specialties from Wakayama, all of which were very delicious. The atmosphere was slightly dim but pleasant.

After a long time, I visited Modern Maguro today. I usually order the course menu, but today I decided to go a la carte. I often come to Grand Front, but the North Building is usually relatively empty. The tuna was fatty and the rare cutlet was light and refreshing with ponzu and wasabi. The pizza had a Japanese twist with a hint of garlic, making it easy to eat. The sushi had a nice aroma of shiso, and everything was delicious.

I went drinking at a few different places, and when I felt like eating something more, I happened to stop by this place. I was able to get in right away, so I decided to visit after a long time. The fish here is really delicious! The yellowtail daikon radish appetizer was amazing, not just a regular appetizer. The tuna collar had a generous portion. I was happy to have so many options to choose from. For dessert, I had a seafood roll. I would like to visit again soon. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I wanted to visit a restaurant in Tokyo but ended up discovering it in Osaka during a business trip. They serve fish, including tuna, with certificates of graduation. I want to eat tuna~ so I came here. I didn't make a reservation, but there were empty seats. Since I'm alone, sitting at the counter is fine, but it feels a bit off being near the raw beer server? Tank? I ordered the 3,800 yen course and a non-alcoholic beer. I had high expectations, but to cut to the chase, it was disappointing. What was disappointing is that the tuna's lean meat was soft and the flavor was weak. Maybe it's due to lack of exercise? Also, amberjack. It's said to be a crossbreed of male yellowtail and female amberjack. It was my first time trying it, but it didn't have much umami. The sea bream was the most decent. These three types were served as sashimi and sushi. The sushi was quite small. The rice was crumbling and the wasabi was missing. Ah, in short, it's the type of place that caters more to those who prefer soft textures over chewy ones. Natural, wild varieties just can't be matched by farmed or artificially bred ones.

On Sunday during lunchtime, I had lunch at this restaurant in the Grand Front Osaka where it was relatively empty. I ordered the Omakase Nigiri Sushi Set with fresh tuna from Kindai University and selected fresh fish, as well as the Omakase Sashimi Set with fresh tuna from Kindai University and selected fish.
