Located about a 5-6 minute walk north from Exit 1 of Osaka Metro Ogimachi Station. There was a line in front of the shop... let's wait. (^_^;) Inside the shop, we were guided to a 2-person table on the 2nd floor. We wrote down what we wanted to eat on paper and submitted it. This time, we ordered 6 types of nigiri sushi and 1 hand-rolled sushi. After a short wait, the sushi was brought to us. The nigiri sushi is served in pairs. The hand-rolled sushi is a gunkan roll with seasoned herring roe. The squid has a good chewy texture and enjoyable taste. The tuna has a thick red meat with a satisfying bite. The sardine has green onions on top, allowing you to taste the flesh and the right amount of fat. The salmon has a flavorful and enjoyable texture. The yellowtail has a large belly meat, allowing you to enjoy the taste and fat. The natto roll (hand-rolled) contains split natto and green onions. We enjoyed it with a bite, making it a good finish. Next time, I would like to try some sake and other specialty dishes. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for the second time. Although I was a bit hesitant after the prices were raised recently, I realized once again that this is a well-balanced restaurant. It's not easy to get a seat here, but the main store can accommodate about 25 people, and the branch store can accommodate about 100 people, so I usually line up at the branch store. The wait can be long during lunch and dinner times, and they may run out of certain items later in the day, so it's best to aim for the late afternoon before the lunch rush. This sushi restaurant in Temma is a must-visit place, and despite the price increase, it's still worth considering when in Temma. There are also some dishes not listed on the menu, so it's worth asking about them. I definitely want to come back again in the future. Thank you for the meal!

I was able to secure some time in the evening, so I visited Harukoma-san, where there is always a long line, from 4:00 pm. The best time to go is during the gap between lunch and dinner, and I only had to wait for less than 5 minutes to get in. Personally, I always order the eel roll, which is very satisfying in terms of portion size! I also enjoyed some cost-effective sushi with a highball in hand.

I went late at night, but everything was sold out! Is it always like this at night? I usually come during the day so I don't know. I didn't have much that I wanted to eat, so I was a bit sad, but the food was delicious as always. My partner had everything they wanted and was satisfied, laughing.

Tenma is the holy land of affordable sushi, and Harukoma and Sushimasa are the popular spots in the area. The lines have been getting longer each year, so I had given up going for the past few years. However, miraculously we were able to get in line on a weekday evening. The restaurant was full of locals, with a few tourists mixed in. The elderly gentleman next to us was wearing sandals and reading a horse racing newspaper, while the group next to him consisted of older ladies in real leopard print outfits. It was a very down-to-earth atmosphere. The sushi was thick and satisfying, with each piece perfectly balanced in size. The thickness and freshness of the fish really brought out the flavors. The yellowtail had a nice firm texture, and the shrimp and scallops were surprisingly sweet. This place doesn't rely on trendy oversized sushi for show, but rather focuses on delivering great taste, value, and satisfaction all the way to your stomach. If only there were more everyday sushi spots like this in Tokyo...

I waited in line for about 30 minutes around 11 am on a holiday and finally got in. It seemed like the line was even longer than before. I couldn't eat a lot of sushi, so I also had sashimi, and everything I ordered was delicious. Some items were sold out even at this time, so I recommend visiting early.

When I go to Osaka, I always visit the Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street, which is always crowded with long lines and even security guards. This time, I decided to give it a try and lined up. The main store had about 30 people waiting, so I gave up and went to the branch, where there were only about 10 people in line. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we were seated at the counter and enjoyed Harukoma's sushi for the first time. The chef at the counter was friendly and efficiently served our orders. We enjoyed various dishes and our favorite nigiri until we were full, along with some drinks, and the total bill was around 10,000 yen.

I visited the main store and branch for the first time around 13:30, and there was a line already. However, the turnover seemed good, and I was able to get in after about 10 minutes. The specialty is sesame garlic soy sauce for sea bream, and I love both sesame oil and garlic soy sauce, so I couldn't resist. There were also some unique sushi options, and the prices were not too high, making it a very accessible place. I definitely want to come back again!

Today, I went out with my partner to watch a movie. After considering various options, we ended up watching a manga movie with an unusual name, "How Do You Live?" by Hayao Miyazaki. It's interesting how I usually only go to see Hollywood movies or Japanese anime. Today, we were considering Transformers or Mission Impossible, but due to timing, we chose this movie instead. It felt like a 3.0 rating on a food review site - a bit underwhelming. The creativity seemed lacking or maybe a bit rigid due to age. Oops, I'm talking like a food critic now. To cleanse our palates, we had sushi afterwards! My partner did some shopping at Hankyu Department Store before we arrived at the restaurant around 5 pm. We had brunch around 10 am, so we were feeling just right. Despite a short wait of less than half an hour, the restaurant had a line of about four groups. When we left, the line was about three times longer. Since there were only two of us, we sat at the counter. We ordered drinks and wrote down our sushi choices on a memo pad. I usually don't go for expensive items, and most white fish are farmed. The only farmed fish I usually order is yellowtail. While farmed fish generally taste good, I had about 10 plates, my partner had a few less, and we also ordered one alcoholic drink and a red miso soup. With just that, the bill came out to just under 8,000 yen. Very satisfied! Thank you!

I visited the main store about 3 years ago and recently felt like going again, so I visited the branch. The sushi at this local sushi restaurant is delicious! In Tokyo, you get two pieces for the price of one. I also ordered anago and uni, and I was very satisfied. Since the ingredients tend to sell out, I think it might be a good idea to go during lunch next time. Thank you for the meal.

The lineup around 6:30 pm before the Obon holiday wasn't too bad, but because there were three of us, we were made to wait quite a bit as couples were seated at the counter ahead of us. As a result, most of the expensive items were sold out. The eel was thick but not as delicious as expected, and not particularly cheaper compared to more reasonable eel bowl places, and it didn't have any fishy smell. The tuna was large but not particularly tasty, and the pickled ginger and wasabi looked like in the photos. If the wait time was around the time we were initially supposed to be seated (about 30 minutes), and there were fewer sold-out items, it might have been better. Items like nodoguro, shirasu, tai skin with ponzu sauce, machiaji, maguro, hoho meat tataki, kinmedai, kanpachi, harakiri ika, and ears were all unavailable. It felt unsatisfactory to think that the people who were seated ahead of us might have been able to order them. I felt that the cost performance of good sushi places in Tokyo is better. If there is an opportunity, I will check out their lunch set, but I didn't see the goodness of this visit. The bill was cheaper than expected (less than 6,000 yen for three people), but maybe that's because the expensive items were sold out. We ended up not having anything else to eat except going to a tempura restaurant for our second meal. It was before 8 pm. I had expected too much.

I visited the branch. While the main store has many foreign customers, the branch has mostly Japanese customers. There were about 6 groups waiting, but I was able to get in after about 15 minutes. I ordered the anago, toro, salmon belly, and hamachi belly first. The anago was piping hot with large pieces, truly impressive. I was completely satisfied. The toro was also melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We ordered a few more items and everything was fantastic. Surprisingly, the total bill was under 5000 yen. Truly amazing quality for the price. As expected, Temma is incredible.

I visited the popular sushi restaurant "Harukoma" (branch) in Osaka! There was a short wait of 6 people before 12 pm on a weekday. Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded! We were seated at the counter on the first floor within about 10 minutes. The system of writing down your order on a memo paper and handing it to the chef is something I personally like. The quality of the fish seems a bit smaller compared to before, maybe due to the rising prices. However, the delicious dishes are still worth it, and getting this taste at this price is definitely appealing! I highly recommend the grilled eel. It was perfectly cooked and delicious! In the area around Temma, there is a sushi restaurant called Harukoma that is well-known for being cheap and delicious with great value for money. Despite the long queues, I decided to give it a try this time since there were only about 6 people waiting. The result was very satisfying! First of all, all the sushi is affordable. Unlike other places where you get one piece for the same price, here they give you two pieces. The seasonal fatty throat fish was amazing! The friendly security guard recommended the sea bream with sesame and garlic, and it was delicious! From the classic tuna to the raw shrimp, crab, and kelp with eggs, everything was fresh and sweet. There was not a single piece that had a strong fishy smell. The simmered dish was huge and very satisfying to eat. Every dish was truly satisfying! The beer went well with the food. I now understand why this place always has long lines. I will definitely line up again to go back!

When I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 in the morning, it was almost full. I was just in time to be seated. I ordered a plate with eel rolls and grilled eel, as well as some tuna and other dishes I wanted to try. I also ordered the recommended garlic soy sauce marinated sea bream whispered to me by the security guard at the restaurant. Everything was delicious, especially the sea bream that was recommended to me. By the time I left, there was a line forming outside the restaurant.

I arrived at the restaurant around noon on Saturday. There were about 7 to 8 groups waiting in line, but I was able to get in after about 30 minutes. Since I was with children, I requested a table on the first floor, so some individuals or pairs were seated before me. If I had chosen to sit at the counter, I might have been seated sooner. The service was fast, and you write down your order. The sushi was all large, fresh, and delicious. Especially recommended were the yellowtail, scallops, shirako (cod milt), and eel. Some side dishes were sold out, but I was able to eat sushi without any items being sold out, so visiting at lunchtime seems to be the best. I visited with a baby, but the staff and other customers were kind and understanding, so I didn't feel too guilty about the baby crying. I ate to my heart's content with another person and it didn't even cost 7000 yen. Great value for money! I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

The meal consisted of four kinds of sea bream, abalone liver, sword squid, fatty tuna, needlefish, and one beer cost 3080 yen. The restaurant opened at 11:00, but when I arrived around 10:30, there was already a long line. They had started letting customers in at 10:20. Despite the price increase, the place has become even more crowded and difficult to use. The four kinds of sea bream were delicious. The sword squid was disappointing. The fatty tuna was okay. However, after coming to Harukoma, I realized that I do actually like sushi, despite my recent doubts.

Sushi restaurant located in the direction of Tenjinbashi Shotengai from JR Temma Station. I've always wanted to go to Harukoma, but the line was always so long that I couldn't go. I went to the branch in the early afternoon. There was still a line, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes. - Assorted Nigiri (1870 yen): Toro, sea bream, salmon roe, sea urchin, abalone, shrimp, conger eel, young sardine, squid. The fish was all very fresh and I was surprised. Especially the tuna was exceptional. The price was unbelievably good. - Red miso soup with fish (330 yen): I didn't have high expectations because it was cheap, but it exceeded my expectations. It had large pieces of fish and the deep red miso was delicious. - High-quality eel (550 yen): Very tender, with no strong eel flavor, it was amazing. They must have really good ingredients overall. The cost performance was incredible. Thank you for the meal.

Recently, a friendly security guard mentioned that the restaurant has become even more crowded after being featured on Instagram or YouTube. It's becoming difficult to eat here. The best time to go is before the official opening time. Although they open at 11 am, if they are ready they will let you in before that. The sushi here is not fancy or elegant, but the size, thickness of the fish, and prices are well balanced. It's like a middle ground between high-end and conveyor belt sushi. They don't have any fried dishes, but their red miso soup and rice porridge are delicious. The only problem is that the line is always too long, so unless you go right when they open, it's not worth going. They should open more branches.
