I ordered a cold beer with fresh saury, while my partner chose yellowtail collar as his beer snack. While waiting for the fish to cook, we enjoyed some sashimi and yakitori. The saury was light and fluffy, perfectly seasoned with salt. It went really well with the beer. On the other hand, my partner found the yellowtail collar to be too fatty and passed it to me. It was delicious, but the richness made us crave rice instead of beer. We ended up thinking that shochu or sake would have been a better choice than beer. The evening grilled fish, saury for 780 yen and yellowtail collar for 680 yen, were reasonably priced compared to the lunch grilled fish at 880 yen. We will definitely be back for lunch or dinner, perhaps with shochu or sake next time. They also offer yakitori and kushikatsu, so the menu seems versatile. It was a refreshing experience overall.
