This year's oysters are from Hisayama. My partner always wants to go to an oyster hut in winter. This time, we decided to go to "Oyster Hut Ebisumaru" in Trias nearby. They had oysters from two different regions on offer. I had the ones from Itoshima, priced at 1,430 yen per serving. I enjoyed them with some beer while grilling them over charcoal. They were small but delicious. For kids who don't like oysters, they also offer marinated hormone (880 yen), grilled rice balls (220 yen), pork belly (440 yen), and buttered potatoes (550 yen). I tried the crab miso shell grill (660 yen) and finished with oyster rice (400 yen) and a second highball. It was tasty, but a bit on the pricier side. I remember when it used to be cheaper. By the way, the charcoal fee was 330 yen per person for 3 servings.

Trias' oyster shack. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. We enjoyed grilling live fish and shellfish over charcoal. The drinks were also tasty and surprisingly warm. The staff were lovely and made the experience enjoyable. I would love to go back again. Even for those who don't like oysters, there are plenty of meat and side menu options, and the meat was very delicious.

Located within the premises of Trias Hisayama, next to the movie theater. This is the place to go during oyster season. Incredibly cheap and delicious! They offer all-you-can-drink options, and you can choose your own oysters. Definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommended.

It's a good place, open until 10 pm with fresh and delicious food. The only weird thing is that it's next to a movie theater, but it's still great.笑

A new authentic oyster shack has opened in Torias. They grill live oysters, scallops, and prawns over charcoal in a hearty style. They also have a wide variety of meat dishes. I always end up eating and drinking too much here...

Grilling over charcoal, why does it taste so good? It was really delicious. Putting ponzu on freshly grilled oysters, taking one bite. The flavor of the oysters spreads throughout the mouth. Ebisu Maru Oyster Hut is the best!

Today, I visited the oyster hut Ebisumaru at Trias Hisayama with two friends for the first time. I was worried about the cold, but there were stoves surrounding us and jackets available in case we got dirty, so we didn't feel cold at all. They also had a drink all-you-can option, so even if someone like me didn't drink, the others could enjoy it, which was very generous. As it was my first time, we ordered a set of meat and seafood, as well as a plate of oysters. The company also runs a BBQ catering service, so they had a great selection of grilled meats in addition to seafood like oysters. The oysters, seafood, and grilled meats cooked over charcoal were all delicious. We also ordered more oysters and dishes like buttered potatoes, which were also tasty. The salted mackerel, grilled rice balls, and mochi were also great. I was satisfied with the variety of dishes available, not just oysters. Thank you for the feast!
