They used to offer lunch service before, but now they only have a dinner course (11000 yen). When making a reservation, it was mentioned that drinks are either by the bottle or with a pairing order. The stance is for people who enjoy wine to come. Out of the 4 members, I can only drink a little, but 2 people drink a lot, and 1 person drinks moderately, so we quickly met the quota for a bottle. After that, we could drink as much as we liked, but considering the quality and quantity of the food, it was surprisingly reasonable. They have a wide selection of delicious and rare wines, all from Spain. 1. Iberico Bellota (I think) Salt-cured olives - Freshly arrived the day before, the sweetness and richness of the fat were exquisite. Sliced a bit thick with a good texture. 2. Sweet shrimp, sea urchin, and teardrop beans in consomme - Teardrop beans are young peas shaped like tears, with soft skin and a creamy texture. 3. Spanish goat cheese, homemade prosciutto, pistachio, and New Zealand honey pinchos - A classic dish with tender ham, slightly acidic goat cheese, and honey that go perfectly together. 4. Lightly seared marinated mackerel, fresh mushrooms, grilled paprika, and eggplant in oil and vinegar. 5. Grilled French white asparagus and Kyushu cuttlefish with mint sherry vinegar and garlic - The refreshing mint complements the squid and white asparagus well. 6. Grilled white sea bream with potatoes and clams in Andalusian sherry soup - I think Spanish cuisine's fish is delicious after Japanese cuisine. 7. Grilled golden eye snapper with rapeseed blossoms and Biscayan sauce roasted almonds - Biscayan sauce is made with Spanish dry red peppers. 8. Pyrenean suckling lamb grilled - The meat is tender and flavorful, with complex spices like cumin and oregano as accents. 9. Kagoshima wagyu lamb loin grilled with Portuguese Madeira wine and brandy sauce horseradish truffle oil - It has a nice aroma. The surface is crispy, but the inside is quite rare. 10. Firefly squid clay pot paella with pickled chili peppers - Cooked in a clay pot, so it's more moist than paella cooked in an iron pot. The rice absorbs more flavor. Be careful as the pickled chili peppers are very spicy. 11. Cheesecake with plenty of almond powder and chocolate cake - This cheesecake has blue cheese in it, so you can taste the saltiness, giving it an adult flavor, very delicious. 12. Cortado coffee - A Spanish espresso with milk. They also offer other coffee options like espresso, cafe au lait, etc. The chef trained in Rioja, a wine-producing region, and then spent 10 years training at El Poniente after returning to Japan. He is quiet but has a wealth of knowledge about wine.
