I visited this restaurant for the first time in a while during my business trip to Osaka. It was a bit late when I arrived, but the atmosphere was good for a quick drink alone. The appetizer that came with my drink, served alongside Akahoshi, was interesting - I enjoyed eating fresh vegetables with miso. I snacked on potato salad while waiting for my grilled dishes. All five skewers were delicious, so I wanted to order more, but I had to leave early today. I will definitely visit again!

I visited this place after a long time. The fresh vegetables are delicious. The miso that comes with the assorted vegetables is especially tasty. The restaurant is extremely crowded, and it seems like they can't keep up with grilling the food. I was told that grilling takes time, so I ordered simmered dish and cucumber instead, but the grilled food never arrived. The guy grilling the food is working really hard and has a nice smile, so I have no complaints, but it takes a while for the food to come out. The taste is great, so I think I'll come back on a less busy day next time.

Today, I visited a famous restaurant I had been wanting to try for a while near Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station, called Butanakajima Minamigata. I made a reservation as it's a popular place and it was fully booked when I arrived. The restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and it was packed today as well. The appetizer was miso with seasonal fresh vegetables, and personally, I loved the sweet corn. The grilled pork skewers come in a wide variety, from the popular ones to rare cuts, and they are all incredibly fresh and delicious. I recommend starting with the assorted skewers plate for 5 people! The stewed tripe is also a must-try. Drinking the broth while having some alcohol is very comforting. Also, the cheese meatball, which may not look big in the photos, is actually very large and satisfying to eat, with an amazing taste! I highly recommend it to everyone!

All of the dishes are delicious at this izakaya. I especially like the simmered pork intestines. The grilled chicken, dumplings, onions from Awaji Island, and fresh shiitake mushrooms are all really tasty as well, but the simmered pork intestines are so delicious that I highly recommend this place if you have the chance to go.

You can't go wrong with the delicious charcoal-grilled skewers that bring out the sweetness and umami of Kagoshima-produced Chami pork to the fullest. Once you try them, you won't be able to stop drinking beer. With about 20 different cuts of pork to compare, it's quite interesting. The textures and flavors vary greatly. You should definitely give it a try.

Near Shin-Osaka, there is Nishinakajima Minamigata. Is it in the west, south, or the middle? A parody of that place name is Butanakajima Minamigata, which literally means "pig island south." Let's go check it out. Go up the stairs to the second floor. There is a counter and a few table seats. Order the recommended three dishes along with beer. The sashimi platter is served on a plate shaped like a pig, with each part of the pig positioned accordingly. The tongue, in particular, is delicious. The omakase set of 5 skewers is a reliable choice. Lastly, the simmered tripe dish goes well with drinks. Although there are many yakiniku restaurants in this area, a pork specialty shop like this one is also great.

I have returned to my usual spot in Nishinakajima! Tonight, you can drink as much as you want at this great value pork grill restaurant. I visited on Tuesday night as a solo diner. The popular restaurant was almost full, but I managed to get a seat at the counter. I started with a recommended set of 5 skewers and a draft beer, followed by potato salad, grilled pork belly, and switched to Japanese sake. I even tried a highball, which I don't usually drink. I stayed until the restaurant was about to close. It was so delicious! Thank you for the meal!

There are not many yakitori restaurants in Osaka, but if you want to eat yakitori, this place is incredibly delicious! The skewers, especially the tongue, are all tasty, but my favorite was the simmered dish. The potato salad was also delicious. The pork, of course, was tasty, and even the stewed tripe was delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and I want to visit again.

The motsu stew was extremely delicious. It was so good that I ordered it again. I got the omakase set of 5 skewers. The liver skewer comes out rare, so they recommend eating it quickly. The set included pork belly, harami, maruchou, and cartilage. They were all delicious and a great deal. The liver skewer is a must-try. It was really delicious and I was very satisfied.

Hello there. Today I had shochu mixed with water. It's been about 6 years since I last had it. The owner poured it for me. It seems that a second branch called PIZZA Ichiro will be opening in Nishinakajima on July 19th. The appetizer was seasonal vegetables and pickled yam. It was crispy. Next, there was pork kimchi. Tonjima Minamigata in Nishinakajima Minamigata, Osaka, is a grilled pork restaurant. First of all, the naming sense is wonderful. The placement of the pig in a place where there is no other choice is unique. ① Sashimi platter You can eat pork sashimi, which is rare, and this place seems to be the only one nearby. I tried the throat for the first time, and it was addictive. The plate is also cute. ② Hormone Special As the name suggests, it is a generous portion of liver teppanyaki with plenty of green onions and sesame oil. This is already art! ③ Pork belly and harami (probably) There is no need to say much about this, but even when grilled to this extent, it has a good texture and taste. It is located about a 5-minute walk from Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station. Go up the stairs to the second floor. Made a reservation for the 4500 yen course. Arrived at 5 p.m. but was told there was no reservation, causing some confusion. Eventually, a seat at the counter was prepared for us. The dish with the face of a pig in the photo contains raw ingredients and is delicious. There was also a salad with smoked watercress, which had a great smoky flavor. The tsukune was fluffy and tasty. Several other dishes were served before ending with butter rice. The drink options for the all-you-can-drink menu were limited. The restaurant seems to be busy every day. Thank you for the meal.

This is a yakitori restaurant located in Nishi-Nakajima, Osaka. When I visited during opening hours, the seats quickly filled up. It's a popular place. The main menu item is yakitori skewers. Since it was my first visit, I ordered the chef's choice skewers. Each skewer was carefully grilled and had a perfect balance of flavors. The simmered offal dish was surprisingly made with white sauce instead of the usual soy sauce base. The taste and price were both high-quality at this yakitori restaurant. It's a popular spot, so I recommend making a reservation before visiting.

I had always wanted to try Butanakajima Minamikata, a restaurant that always ranks high on Tabelog when searching for food around Nishinakajima. I finally had the chance to visit. During the pandemic, the last order is at 8:00 pm and the menu is fixed. I ordered the set menu which included raw pork stomach, simmered pork intestines, and 5 skewers, all for 2500 yen with all-you-can-drink option. I opted for no drinks, which cost 1200 yen. I had 3 iced teas. The total bill was around 3000 yen. First was the raw pork stomach, which had a unique texture that was addictive. It was like the top part of grilled beef tongue, crispy yet tender like sashimi. It was really delicious. The simmered pork intestines had a slightly unique flavor, perhaps from using sake lees. The 5 skewers were chef's choice and all of them were delicious. Especially the harami (skirt steak) and stomach skewers were outstanding, I wanted more of them. Every dish looked so appetizing that I would love to visit again when the pandemic is over. I visit various restaurants in the Nishinakajima area, but it was a delight to find such a wonderful restaurant after a long time.

This is Yaki-ton Buta Nakajima Minamikata-san! Located in Nishinakajima Minamikata (laughs). They specialize in yaki-ton, which may not be familiar in Kansai. I have tried yaki-ton at famous shops in Kanto, and it was delicious with the preparation to remove the smell of pork hormones and the improvement of the sauce. Here at this shop, the smell of pork hormones is definitely a concern! It is quite strong. People who like it may enjoy it, but there were many tough parts. The sauce is also thin and the smell is overpowering... It's understandable why yaki-ton hasn't taken root in Kansai. Unfortunately, the price is also on the higher side.

After a long time, I was drawn to the restaurant called Yonishi Nakajima, and the appetizer was a vegetable stew similar to pot-au-feu, with a creamy stew-like seasoning, but the soup was light and easy to eat, even for an old man who doesn't like vegetables. The start was good, followed by pork sashimi. The tongue was sold out, so it ended up being a trio of heart, stomach, and pork belly. I don't have much memory of eating raw pork, but there was a slight unique taste, all of them were delicious. The tripe stew was like miso soup, also with its own unique flavor. The grilled dishes, pork, and vegetables were all delicious and satisfying. The cost performance was also good, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. It's a good restaurant.

Hello. It's me again. Today, I started with the "The cheapness that makes a serious person look positive when they smile" section. The domestic pork sashimi comes in 4 types for 980 yen, a chef's selection of 5 types for 800 yen, and 5 types of unique cuts for 800 yen. The appetizer is delicious! It's like a steamed vegetable dish. This appetizer was a pleasant surprise. All four types of pork sashimi are cooked at low temperatures, so they are not raw, but they are very moist and perfect for pairing with sake. The grilled pork belly and other items have a great charcoal aroma and are carefully seasoned, making each one delicious. Especially the tongue and shoulder cuts were my favorite. As for the shoulder cut, it had a texture and flavor that seemed to require skilled grilling. Thank you for the meal.
