A friend who loves coffee provided me with information about this sushi restaurant. After doing some research on my own, I found that the reviews were generally positive, with comments like "not conveyor belt sushi but reasonable!" and "great value for money." So, I decided to give it a try on a certain holiday in April. The restaurant is located in Nipponbashi, Osaka, just north of Dotonbori. Knowing that it's a popular spot that only opens in the evening, I arrived a little after 5 pm. However, to my surprise, there was no sign of anyone and it didn't seem like they were open. Upon closer inspection, I found a notice stating that they open at 6 pm. I was a bit disappointed but decided to take some photos of the entrance and explore the area while waiting. By 5:30 pm, there were already 10 people lined up in front of me. The line kept growing, and by 5:45 pm, I couldn't even see the end of it. Luckily, I had arrived early. The customers were a mix of young and old, with many couples and a few foreigners as well. At 6 pm, the staff came out, hung up the curtain, and started seating customers one by one. I managed to get a seat at the counter right away. The sushi chef served three pairs of customers at a time, taking orders on paper and then serving the sushi all at once. The menu listed prices per piece, allowing for a variety of choices. I decided to order about 15 pieces at a time, but had some trouble with the plates, so the chef kindly gave me some tips. As for the sushi itself, each piece was easy to eat and had a nice sheen and texture, especially the fatty tuna, yellowtail, and salmon. I could have eaten more, but I was mindful of the bill. In the end, the total came to 6,545 yen. I left feeling satisfied, and as I walked out, I saw that the line had only gotten longer. It's definitely a popular spot. I recommend ordering a little at a time and enjoying the experience.
