I often go to the nearby circle, but I haven't been to the outlet where stylish people gather (or so I think) for many years. I'm a bit reckless, but this time I went just because I wanted to try this Panda Express. I don't have any special attachment to it, but it's a rare restaurant, so I thought I'd give it a try. First of all, the view is beautiful, which gives a great sense of value! If you're going to eat, the seats along the sea are great! Panda Express, a place I've always admired. The portions are generous! You can choose a main dish and two side dishes. They had shrimp and meat options, so with the variety available, I feel like going back for a second visit. Taking a walk by the seaside after the meal is also refreshing. I imagine it must be crowded on weekends, but it was nice to have a relaxed time on a weekday!

A new food court has opened in the seaside area of Rinku Premium Outlets. The atmosphere is not very cozy since it's a food court, but that's to be expected. I ordered the Big Plate, where you can choose one base (fried rice), and three mains. I chose a mix of fried rice and yakisoba as the base, and for mains, I selected stir-fried shrimp, sweet and spicy fried chicken, and spring rolls. Please note that there is an additional charge for shrimp dishes, so be mindful of your budget. The taste of each dish was quite well done. The mains were all delicious. The fried rice was just salty and not really to my liking, so it didn't meet my expectations. However, the yakisoba was pretty good. If I were to eat there again, I would choose yakisoba as the base for all. It may be a bit pricey for lunch, but dining in a somewhat special environment at the outlet makes it worth it. The Big Plate cost around 1500 yen, while the regular plate was around 1300 yen, and the bowl type was about 1100 yen. Each option varies in the number of mains. Whenever I go to Rinku, I always have lunch here! It's in the seaside food court, so I get takeout and eat outside with my dogs. I always order the plate with half chow mein and fried rice for the main dish, and broccoli beef and shrimp for the side dishes (shrimp and beef are extra). I even showed my companion a picture of the menu sample on the store's signboard outside, and we both agreed that the actual portion was different. The food was tasty, but this time we only felt just satisfied, not full. We couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed by the lack of quantity. I remember this restaurant used to be in the food court below the building where the Augusta Plaza used to be in Kobe, now it's the Manyo Club. First, I secured a table with a view of the sea, and after delivering udon for my mother-in-law, my husband and I went separately to buy our lunches. My husband went to this restaurant near the entrance. He chose a plate (1/2 chow mein + 1/2 fried rice + orange chicken + Mongolian pork). In addition to taking over the udon that my mother-in-law couldn't finish, my husband also agreed to share my chashu rice bowl, so we ended up trying a little bit of everything on this plate. My mother-in-law seemed to really like the orange chicken, saying, "It's small, easy to eat, and the seasoning is delicious." Food courts in commercial facilities often feel crowded and unsettling, but here, if you choose a table by the sea, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea right in front of you, creating a pleasant and bright atmosphere. Furthermore, being able to bring together various menu items from different restaurants and casually share them with family is also great.

Eating while watching the sunset by the sea felt like dining in a tropical paradise. The food reminded me of the taste I had experienced in Hawaii - it's not great, but oddly satisfying. It's amazing how faithfully they recreated the taste. It's like the food you would find at Costco, with a taste straight from the mainland. Recently, Hawaii seems to be experiencing a booming economy, with high prices for everyday items like coffee and ramen. It's becoming harder to afford a trip there. Rinku Premium Outlets has added a new fun spot (lol). Whenever I see this store at malls or airports in Hawaii or the mainland USA, I can't help but stop by. The friendly and unique deliciousness that I love is now available here, which is like good news in a way (lol). The ordering process is simple and the same as Panda Express stores around the world: choose a Bowl (1 base & 1 main), Plate (1 base & 2 mains), or Big Plate (1 base & 3 mains) as the container size, then choose a base (white rice, brown rice, fried rice, chow mein, mixed vegetables), and finally select the main dishes. This time, my husband and I were hungry, so we chose the Plate. We both had half fried rice and half chow mein as the base, and then picked two main dishes each. I chose Orange Chicken and Broccoli Beef, while my husband chose Mushroom Chicken and Black Pepper Sirloin Steak. We managed to finish everything, even though it was a considerable amount! There is a certain "junkiness" combined with a gentle and nostalgic taste that somehow brings comfort. It's like a fusion of American and Chinese flavors, resulting in a cuisine that can be enjoyed worldwide.
